We have by mail contact this agency from France 3 months ago to organize 3 days of safari at the reserve of selous. I always answered clearly and precisely, I asked for a guide speaking French and everything went perfectly well. I paid half in advance by bank transfer to the agencys account via a secure site. On the eve of our safari the manager M Mazuri moved to give us the documents. We were able to reach him to take our little plane and he was able to solve the problem. Then from the arrival to the departure the guide and the driver, two adorable and very competent people took care of us. Beautiful experience. Frankly we were very happy with everything.
