I booked 2 tours with this company. The 1st one was to Prison island which I have to say was a good tour.Unfortunately the other tour I booked was not! I purposely asked in the shop the best tour for me to snorkel & was sold the Safari Blue tour was the best, he explained I would get at least 3 opportunities to snorkel at different locations & I would get lots of lovely pictures. The tour was a real let down as not only did we only get around 15/20 minutes out of 7 hours to snorkel in 1 area but I also couldnt get any nice photos of the beautiful sand bank island as the driver went off with my bag on board! I had specifically asked if the boat was staying there & he had said yes so my phone, camera, sunglasses, suncream etc were all in my bag! When he drove off I was left there for over an hour with nothing 2 do & not even any sun cream!In my opinion they only sold me this trip because it was the most expensive! When I complained to the manager Ali after the trip he just said sorry! But didnt attempt to compensate me in any way or offer me a discount off another trip more suited to what I had asked for in the first place!I wouldnt recommend using this company, there are plenty of other tour companies available that will sell you what you ask for.

Frida was great! She went above and beyond when arranging our safari. We traveled from Ohio to Tanzania and didn’t know who to trust as far as travel agents. We told her our safari budget and home many days we wanted. She worked for us to find a reputable company for that price. The safari was better than expected. When we go back to Zanzibar we will have Frida help us again.

Very bad agency !!! They are robbers because it was raining a lot and they didn’t want to give us money back ! We paid for nothing and they didn’t want to understand they said they have to money to be refunded. Really don’t go there it’s a really bad agency !

We booked a boat trip to prison island. Had a fantastic guide to show us around the island and a lovely boat ride with fresh watermelon on the way back.

It sucks! I do not recommend using their services. Poor service and poor organization of excursions. I took a safari in Mikumi on 02.01.2021 for 2 days for $ 800 (all inclusive). From the very beginning I realized that they were deletants. Long wait for the car after the ferry in Dar es Salaam. For some reason, three more employees of the agency were in the jeep, who constantly chatted loudly among themselves and on the phone, listened loudly to music and turned on the air conditioner. They reluctantly reacted to my comments to be quieter and to turn off the air conditioner. Lunches and dinners were in cheap eateries. Instead of the promised good hotel Morio, Motel and Campsite settled in the Samanga Lodge guest house, in which there was no hot water in all rooms and cold water flowed in a thin, weak stream. This hotel is located next to the customs base. A lot of trucks, a lot of noise.

Simply horrible! Very poor organization, we were given a small group of 8 people to go to prison island for 2h30. We wait 45 minutes for other people, we leave but we come back to pick up other people. And arrived there we are told 1 hour and you come back. 1 hour later you have to wait another 45 minutes to get a boat.Deplorable I do not recommend it.

I wanted a partial refund, but Ali didnt want to talk to me and didnt show up. He didnt even respond to my messages. Dont go there, theyre not serious. SERIOUS LOCAL AGENCY ON ZANZIBAR more precisely on stone town. Possibility of organizing the entire stay regardless of the location in Zanzibar or Tanzania (mainland). It was my first trip to East Africa. And it is important that rigor and seriousness are there. Frida our main interlocutor was very available, helpful and attentive. Punctuality, helpfulness, and quality activities assured at a completely correct cost. You will see me again for sure. 😘
