The city is very beautiful, it is in urgent need of restoration. Several hotels are already in place and give such a charming aspect that Im sure it would have a good return to the City. It has a lot of history and the streets that look like labyrinths as you go unraveling and walking through it you get to know the paths and then it becomes easy. I found it very safe. I did see some problems, but nothing at all that made me a little worried. The problem type I saw some people just drunk ... or appeared to be ... there are several shops selling handicrafts and local products and others coming from China. There are restaurants many of them do not accept cards. But it has an ATM.
