Had Tembo pizza and mango juice. Basically a flatbread pizza thats a little thicker and chewier than flatbread. Great scenery as you can see the beach and the boats. The cigarette smoker spoiled it for me and they happened to work there so minus one star. Normally I take pictures but I was hungry and it was pizza. No imagination needed. Ate here twice picture is seafood pizza and hibiscus juice; which were both good. Seafood pizza had kingfish, prawns and octopus meat.

A prodigious Gem Hotel to be in. I enjoyed my stay here amazing staff, serene atmosphere and quality facility with a great vibe. Its like the one hotel where any tourists who comes to Zanzibar docks in first.

Fantastic view right next to the beach and waterfront. Delicious food with a view (not the cheapest as you would expect). The staff is very friendly.

What a view, what place, nice food, wonderful chef for omlettes, nice juices, very good coffee

Lunch: Cold burger & slow service (it wasn’t busy and the weather was hot!)This was a surprise - others spoke very highly of the place: perhaps this was an off day!

Best sea side vibe for me in Stone Town, the mix of the traditional hotel with its wonderful Swahili architecture perched right on an alive part of beach provides for some great watching the world flow by moments. Note they dont serve alcohol, but they do have the best Swahili vegetarian curry on the island of Zanzibar (after I tested twenty plus restaurants).

Sea food was frozen, service unprofessional, on top the beach boys are non stop advertising their stuff.
