Beautiful surroundings and exquisite hotel. The service is excellent. The food is fresh but nothing special, and very expensive for Zanzibar standards (about 100Usd for 2 including wine). I might be back for a drink at sunset but not for the food.

The terrace of the Park Hyatt in Stone Town is an absolutely beautiful place to drink a cocktail while admiring the sunset. Nice drink menu at reasonable prices. The service is very attentive and very efficient. A must if you are spending an evening in Stone Town.
