Not to recommend. Unfriendly, trying to get a higher price for the dives after absolving them. No hello or goodbye, no briefing before the dive, no help to load or unload at the boat. Theyve been talking about their clients in Suaheli and are just not professional. Which is sad, as the dives itself were good.Absolutely no control of the diving licenses!Ou, and a very cheap reply. Our dives have been just 2 weeks ago. It wasnt that busy at all. Only the 3 of us for the whole week. Should be easy to remember. The dive was with Nemo and to Tumbatu.Weve never been checked about our licences and the staff was just unfriendly, starting with not saying hello and ending with no goodbyes.Bad for you, as we had many more dives but with another company, slightly more expensive, but much better in total.

Saturday afternoon rendez-vous, yay the wait is final over. Finally we found a gap in the calendar, the restaurant SANDBAR. A gin on the house as we waited for our table. What a lovely lazy afternoon with a view of the ocean, waves crashing 20 meters away. Great company, loads of laughter and plenty to catchup on. The masked staff friendly, with excellent service. Today was extremely busy and The famous sandbar menu was MIA , a giant big menu to choose from , love the usual beach teamwork vibe and efficiency that came into play. Larry Olive your team never disappoints. The meals where well plated and delicious. Champagne and beer flowed. My all time LOCKDOWN craving SANDBAR’ seared tuna with wasabi mash i am content . Heaven on a plate somethings don’t change. A quick table move to enjoy the sunset and finish of our beautiful afternoon .

I went on the sunset catamaran cruise that they arrange every Saturday and it was wonderful, its a like a small rave party on a boat, the DJ was playing very nice tunes the vibes was really cool and the food was nice as well, and the hots is very welcoming and makes sure that you have a wonderful time, its a must try if youre party goer...

It has been a great experience ever. The instructor Mr. Shija, I appreciate him for good training which made me not to quit 😂. Thank you very much for the course. I will definitely come again for diving👌🏻

Dealing with this company was a nightmare!They were extremely unprofessional and rude. We paid for a private boat for a group of 7, and the boat arrived the next day with 11 passengers. They refused to give us a refund since they were unable to send another boat. We explained the situation to the owner, who was disrespectful and he walked away midway through the conversation and he claimed that he was not a thief and that he would refund us via bank transfer. We left all of our information, but they have not responded since, blocked us on Whatsapp, and we have not received our refund!NOT RECOMMENDED

The jet ski ride was amazing however after we returned the ride they tried to CON us by saying some damaged areas were caused by us and we were supposed to pay. Which they could not prove it.Worst experience, they started abusing us at the end after they failed to get our money.

Dolphin Cruise was amazing! Really enjoyed the guides Karoo and Said. It was one of my favorite experiences from my Africa trip and I definitely recommend it.

We had a great private sunset Dhow trip with them! Affordable price and without having to deal with a local independent operator stalking the public beaches, waving down all passersby. We felt safe and comfortable and knew what we were getting for the price. It was a gorgeous night. We got some wine, snacks (nothing fancy - chips), and pillows to sit on for the top of the boat. The captain and first mate were hilarious and we think have the best jobs ever. Highly recommend.

I went fishing with Zanzibar Watersports middle of March 2020. It was very good, they were very professional with good fishing material (including live baits) and the captain of the boat hab a good knowledge of the fishing.In 5 hours time we caught:1 sailfish of 35 kg (released)1 baraccuda 3 kg1 Mahi Mahi 5 kg2 red snapper1 cherry

I spent a few days with zanzibar watersports and found them to be a great team ......from diving to fishing to sunset cruises and even my children enjoyed there most wonderful hospitality .....Thank you Jenny for just being you..Chris for your friendship ..Staff ....well done..I have been around the Island many times and I highly recommend Zanzibar watersports for there professionalism and comradeship.......well done guys and team and will be seeing you again soon ...Chris ...you and your staff rock ..Went out deep sea fishing ....and spent 2 days on the water ....My host on the boat Suli Suli was Pieter with a knoledge of fishing to be admired .....we hooked up a big marlin which we sadly lost ...but caught other game fish during the day .....Thanks for drinks and snacks and awsome time .....I am fishing in SA with my own boat already for 45 years and aploard Pieter and his crew on a job well done ..Thanks guys ..I will definitely be backGreat memoriesGeorge 😉😎

He didn’t come today already we wait more then 1 hour. He call the reception maybe 40 min after we waited in front of the hotel. We wait from 8:20-9:45 nobody comes he try to lie and say that somebody come at 9. But nobody come and the hotel workers and the reception was waiting with us. Bad experience not professional never again !

Nice sunset cruise

A great place for outdoor activities. There are 2 Russian diving instructors Dmitry and Svetlana, as well as one Russian speaking local. No communication problems. There are parties on the catamaran - usually on Friday and Saturday. All inclusive food and drinks (beer, wine). The local DJ is responsible for the music.Adequate prices, and most importantly, there is a correspondence between what you are promised and what you get in the end. Would recommend this place.

Little professionalism ...No control Padi SSI gold licenses.The Master sends dive on areas mindlessly with no visibility, left up a youngster who had only qq dives 20mb oxygen!outdated equipment ...Tumbali is a beautiful site, just avoid the center of diving.****Unprofessionnal work ...No Control of Padi SSI gold licenses.Dive Master feels us to area with no visibility, and absolutely no control of the position qui occured with inexperimented people. He let _him_ with only 20mb of oxygen!Old equipment ....Tumbali is a beautifull place you just only-have to pass your way of this diving center.

Bad organization and dangerous.Our dive started at 10 oclock as one of his clients was late and they didnt want to do two dives, he made us wait an hour sitting until 11 oclock to start all together.When we start to dive,And the filling of my vest began to release bubbles automatically, he communicated it to the instructor and he told me that nothing was happening that was fine.I noticed that something was wrong since my air quantity was going down very quickly.At 25 min it was in reserve when normally at 45 min I still have 70-80 br.The instructor saw him and we started the ascent. When the ascent begins, my pressure gauge breaks and many bubbles begin to come out, we did not have time to finish the safety stop and I reached the surface with 15 br.It is clear that he could go up without that stop but the ideal would have been to use air from a partner and make the stopWhen I ask him for explanations above, he tells me that I am right but its good that nothing happens either.If I did not realize that my air drops rapidly when the rest were at 70 I would have no air and then an accident would have occurred. But since here the regulations do not matter to them they have not paid much attention either.Honestly look at another diving school because safety is the first thing, do not play it by going to this

If you are looking for a diving to dive, forget about it, other than padi 5 stars that are not very serious and not at all organized, they just try to bring together as many people as possible whether you are diving or snorkeling, regardless of the patent. They are good just to do some gitarella but if you ask on the beach, spending half of them, they take you wherever you want.

I am left with a bittersweet taste of this experience. Organization and experience of scuba diving. I hired a diving dive with them, and for my wife a snorkeling dive in Nmenba, which only this company offered us, if my wife and I wanted to go together. The journey to the island becomes a bit heavy, since it lasts about an hour and a quarter by boat, while other companies with faster boats do so in about half an hour. Once we arrived I was paired with a boy who had insisted that I needed a refresher course, since I had not dived for a while, and at the reception they had told him that there was no problem, this is when the divemaster notices, he does not agree, as it is logical, because this is reduced to losing about 15 minutes of immersion, since in the background the divemaster begins to refresh the basics, emptying the mask, recover regulator, etc ... When we finally begin to descend the Bottom is beautiful and there is a variety of fish, the coral is in quite bad condition. The dive lasts 45 minutes and with 90bar still the divemaster ends the dive. On the way back, and that is what I am most upset with, they ask us in which hotel we are, I answer that in the tanzanite beach and they tell me that ok, that they will leave us on the shore of the beach and we already access walking, something that it would not be bad, if it were not because it is impossible, since the beach that overlooks the hotel is rock and not sand, I tell the crew personnel and they tell me that nothing happens, they leave me at the hotel What is next, I do not know why I agree and say yes, since I had to carry the backpack that I took, in which I carried some clothes, my cell phone and my wifes and some clothes, because there I go , with my arms raised, trying not to get my backpack wet, while I try to reach the sand as I can, something not very easy between the waves and the rocks at the bottom of the beach. It is not a company with which I would dive again. The only nice thing has been the staff.

Arranged on site and get a dive confirmed via WhatsApp for the next day. The next day at the agreed time, it was said that there was no guide. No apology, just blaming the boss. Very unreliable.
