Very, very bad service! Over booking, the very sarcastic owner never made any effort to make compensation and arrange for another day and he even hung up the phone on us in the middle of a discussion!! He is not a Tanzanian (he is of Eastern European descent). Always choose a Tanzanian company because our experience has always been very positive with Tanzanians. 👍

Rude, unprofessional and Lazy.We reserved one day in avance for a car. The next day he never show and never call to advice us. Once we join him, he explain to us that he overbooked and cannot do nothing for us. We tried to negociate for something else or a discount later, the answer was what happen, happen!
