My experience was interesting with this car rental. After telling the office of the rental company we needed a car for 5 adults, they made me an offer. $30 per day, $10 per permit and $10 for the petrol used to deliver (they have and empty/ empty policy). The next day they delivered the vehicle, with exceptional timing, they were even a few minutes early. Unfortunately the vehicle was not as promised and much to small for 5 adults. After discussing for 30 Min. the rental company solution was to drive me back to Stone Town (1h drive) to sell me a more expensive mini van, I declined. All in all, the communication was fine, but the delivered goods and services were not up to paar with competitors.

I rented a small Toyota RV Jeep which worked for me very well also on troubling roads. Very good and reliable communication, smooth arrangement of pick-up (at the airport), extension and drop off (again at the airport) via whatsapp. I have to stress the trustworthiness in my case - I left money in the car which was returned via paypal afterwards immediately. Highly recommended.

Having this rental car was the best part of my trip since I was able to explore the beautiful spots in Zanzibar without a hitch.The Zanzibar car rental rate was affordable, which is ideal for someone like me, who doesnt like spending a lot of money on transportation.
