Great service! We rented a car for 2 weeks. The driver waited for us at the airport with a sign and explained some details about the car and the driving in zanzibar. We had no problems, everything was ok. It was the best idea to rent a car and explore the island. Highly recommend them!

We set up our car rental with Van thru WhatsApp. He was very professional. When we arrived Juma was waiting for us with a sign... He went over everything detail with us before we left the airport... The car ran smoothly and the entire rental car experience was phenomenal... I would highly recommend going with this company. As 2 white woman we had alot issues but this company did not treat us differently because of the color of our skin. And we are very appreciative of that. The best service ever! They are punctual and so friendly, with no fuss. The car was in very good condition and clean. Their rates are more than reasonable. Ive arranged the car some time before I left for Zanzibar via WhatsApp. They delivered the car at my resort and I dropped it off at the airport. Ill definitely make use of them again and can recommend them any time.

Van picked us up at the ferry building and got us set up and oriented right away. He helped us get cash from the ATM, and figure out how to navigate around Zanzibar, before he sent us on our way. The Toyota Rav 4 we rented worked great for the rough roads on the island. It was easy dealing with Van and extending our rental period. The whole thing was great. Highly recommend and will contact Van again next time in Zanzibar.

Great service! Picked me up at the airport as I arrived and collected the car at the airport day of my departure. Was with my along the way if I needed any assistance. Car was in greaaaaat condition had no problems what so ever, drove like a dream . Highly recommended. Thanks Van for good hospitality and assistance.

Worst possible experience. Ive booked a car for 7 days and asked for some pictures of it before. I got pics of a nice well maintained and washed car. What I received is something which in europe you would only see on a toe truck. They didnt want to give me the car i agreed with them. They tried to change the price we agreed. They dragged me all across stonetown to various shady people and goverment buildings to get my driving permit, something for which my phisical presence was not needed and they could arrange before hand as ive sent them all the documents needed. The driver was not at the airport. The car broke down in the middle of nowhere and they didnt want to come assist me so i had to drag it to a gas station and repair it, money which they refused to refund me. They promised they would come to replace my car with another but after several seen message on whatsup noone eventually came so I ended up paying repairs and rental days for a car I couldnt use. Last but not least the car was very dirty and without maintainece. It had soft tires, check engine light, the engine was losing RPMs constantly which made it a battle to drive. Everything that could possibly be wrong was wrong. I dont know where these good reviews come from but this is the only one you need to know. Id rather walk next time than do business with them. You were warned! Have a nice holiday.

Very good car rental agency on Zanzibar. Exchange on whatsapp super simple. Super responsive and punctual to bring us and collect the car. The car was in very good condition. Very good value for money. I had contacted several agencies by email because I had questions about insurance and cancellation in the event of covid. hes the only one who bothered to answer me. It may not be the best-known agency, but at least it is responsive and efficient. Go there no problem!

Great service. We took the car 14 days earlier. We signed up in WhatsApp, made a reservation and prepared the necessary documents. Upon arrival at the airport, I immediately received the car despite the flight delay. The car was in excellent technical condition. Didnt disappoint during the entire rest period. When returning the car, no one attached, just handed over the keys and thats it. I recommend this company.

Not very serious business ... On two occasions, they forgot the time of my arrival and made me wait more than an hour ... I asked for a 4x4, and I got this car .. For me it was a very bad experience, so if you want a good car go to another company ...
