Positive: Amazing place in Uroa. The Villa is in the middle of the Village, 300m from the beach. Here you can really experience the life of the locals. The staff at Villa Francesca is great! Victor, one of the owners, knows everything about Zanzibar and Tanzania, he will be your guide trough Zanzibar and its culture. Geremia, the waiter, is the most nice and gentle person Ive ever met. He is always smiling and looking forward to help you. I kindly recommend to choose at least the Half Board package when you book this structure, because the food here is amazing. A mix of traditional Zanzibari cuisine, with some Western addition, honestly I will miss a lot their food. Big compliments to the Chef, she is amazing and always available to make you try something new. The room was perfect, very big with sea and swimming pool view. The bed was everyday different, with different flowers (I have pictures of all of the variations :) ). The room was always superclean as well as the rest of the common areas. They also offer a laudrey service free of charge for the guests. The only downsides are the WiFi, not available in the rooms and the beach that is full of algae, for sure something that will not ruin your holiday at all, considering also the big amount of excursions that the structure offers a very low cost. Positive: After a week in the too touristy north we moved to the center / east of the island to Villa Francesca and what about ... wow! Finally the real Africa, our vacation has turned into an opportunity to meet the local culture and discover wonderful places of the island. The structure reflects the African style, with a beautiful garden, a swimming pool and a patio where you can enjoy excellent dinners and breakfasts with amazing fresh fruit juices! The staff is all very kind, friendly and always available. Francesca has become a dear friend ... we highly recommend the structure to those who want to experience the real Zanzibar as if it were in the family. An unforgettable experience!. Negative: There is little to say, hakuna matata ... a lovely place, delicious food and wonderful people .... difficult to explain in words!.

Positive: Owners were very friendly and made it feel very home from home Staff great and room cleaning was spotless Good fans in the rooms Walking distance to mermaid cove hotel and spa, with free access to sun beds.

Positive: Property is close to the beach and is in a quiet and relaxing area of Zanzibar.

Super beaches

Positive: Ottima colazione e cena: tutto fresco dai succhi di frutta al pesce appena pescato. Staff meraviglioso: Francesca e il suo gruppo sono nel nostro cuore per la loro cortesia, simpatia, disponibilità e gentilezza. Le escursioni proposte sono meravigliose e organizzate benissimo. E come sentirsi a casa perché si è coccolati tutto il giorno. La villa si trova in una zona che permette di vivere a pieno lisola perché distante dai luoghi occidentalizzati.. Negazione: Nulla da segnalare. Tutto bello..

Positive: Le camere nuove e accoglienti.. Negazione: Abbiamo pernottato praticamente in un cantiere dato che Villa Francesca non era agibile x la rottura di tubazioni dellacqua. Ci hanno spostato in queste nuove case finite solo nella muratura ma i dintorni un cantiere. Lo staff è stato comunque molto gentile e disponibile ma i disagi comunque cerano. Colazioni scarse e cene monotone con pesce solo di tonno (??). Porzioni comunque abbondanti. Mi auguro che nelloriginale Villa Francesca questi inconvenienti non ci saranno..

Positive: Francesca e Victor sono due persone squisite che hanno saputo trasformare una semplice vacanza in un occasione di incontro con la cultura locale e la scoperta di posti meravigliosi dellisola. Victor ci ha accompagnato in meravigliose escursioni, anche adattandole alle nostre esigenze, con professionalità e cordialità. La struttura rispecchia lo stile africano, con un bel giardino, una piscina e un patio coperto dove si possono gustare allaperto ottime colazioni (succhi di frutta fresca esagerati!!!enjoy!) e cene. Il personale tutto è gentilissimo, simpatico e sempre disponibile. Francesca è diventata una cara amica.....siamo tornati in Italia con tanta ricchezza interiore e tanta nostalgia! consigliamo vivamente la struttura a chi vuol vivere Zanzibar come se fosse in famiglia..

Positive: Posto veramente carino,si respira tranquillità ,staff eccellente. Francesca è una squisita padrona di casa che cura ogni particolare ,disponibile ad organizzare qualsiasi escursione e ad esaudire qualsiasi richiesta. Cucina ottima e servizio veloce..

Positiva: Me ha gustado el trato excelente de Francesca y Víctor. Se respira un ambiente muy familiar. Las habitaciones estan muy limpias y pasamos un fin de año genial. Un sitio muy recomendable. La ubicación fue buena para nosotras ya que te permite ir a todo el este de la isla en máximo una hora en moto o coche para visitar las playas. Las recomendaciones de Victor fantásticas. Grazie!!.

Positiv: Victor, der Ansprechpartner für alles der sich sehr gut um die Gäste kümmert. (Wir haben in 11 tagen übrigens keinen anderen Besucher gesehen und uns im Nachhinein nicht gewundert) Sansibar ist Traumhaft schön, wenn man an den Touristenstränden ist und sich vom Elend der Bewohner der Insel fern hält. Dies ist durch die Lage dieser Unterkunft nur möglich, wenn man sich nicht dort oder in der Nähe aufhält.. Negativ: Frühstücksportionen deutlich zu klein. Lage: kathastrophal (Ghetto und gefühlt die einzige Unterkunft im Dorf). Strand nähe Unterkunft nicht beschwimmbar ( ebbe/flut und Algenfarmen im Wasser). Keine Begrüßung durch die Chefin des Hauses. Vorsicht die Unterkunft wird im Internet falsch dargestellt! Keine Klima, stattdessen alter verrosteter Ventilator und deshalb zu viel hitze im zimmer oder eine Erkältung, kein hauseigenes Restaurant sondern 1 Wöchentlicher Einkauf mit dem die ganze Woche gekocht wird ( im Zimmer neben unserem Schlafzimmer!!) alles riecht nach Öl den ganzen tag und morgens schon zum aufstehen und falls man mehr Hunger hat gibt es nichts da neu eingekauft werden muss! Fazit: Finger weg und lieber ein bisschen mehr Geld ausgeben für ein Hotel mit Animation!.

Positif: Le personnel était attentive, appliqué vraiment à notre service. Mention spéciale à Jeremiah et la jeune Halima souriants à l’écoute et très appliqués.. Négatif: L’absence d’une vraie clim dans la chambre..

Kladný: Ubytovani se nám moc líbilo. Měli jsme polopenzi a jídla bylo opravdu hodně a velmi chutné. Pokoj jsme měli každý den perfektně uklizený. Personál moc milý a ochotný. Za mě vše hodnotím kladně a jen doporučuji!. Záporný: K moři se muselo jít kousek přes místní vesnici. Ale jako mínus to uplně neberem ;-).
