The restaurant was recommended by other tourists, so we went there. We ordered sea food plate with French fries, so classic order. We were waiting 1,5h for it and then a big disappointment. Apart from the calmaries everything was extremely not fresh, even though that the fish market is 50m from there. Also French fries were not fried! Looking on other photos, our portion was also much smaller, so I dont recommend this restaurant as you dont know what you get.

Definitely a great place to go! The food is pretty cheap but it does not lack in quality at all. After eating here, we came back 2 more times. The staff and quick and helpful.

During our trip in Zanzibar, our driver kindly took us to this small yet traditional restaurant. 2 young men are here to serve you some awesome and fresh foods from the nearby ocean, with smiles and kindness ! Totally recommend this place, the fish is amazing !We went twice in 2 days. Loved it ! Good luck for the future guys !

This cute restaurant is really worth it. We came here twice because not only the staff were adorable, but the food was delicious, the plates were very large (you will leave with a full stomach!) and the prize was fair.The staff was very courteous. 🤗

A really good spot, if you want to eat delicious meals for a good price. Also the staff (especially a waiter named Muhammed Ali 😉) are really kind and nice. Beside the awesome sea food they are offering delicious meat meals. Summed up I can definitely recommend Madiba to everyone who will be nearby! 🤤

We received an excellent reception. We had a plate of grilled seafood which was excellent! Their juices are good but they also make the best fruit juices.It remains a very very good restaurant and cheap price level!

I recommend this restaurant, the welcome is very friendly and the setting very nice, we eat local preparations based on mashed potatoes with lemon, a real treat.The quantities served are huge, a dish for 2 is more than enough.Also think about mosquito repellent, they attack throughout the day.
