We have been amazed by friendliness, great hospitality and very nice atmosphere in Gaia Villas. The room was big just enough, cleaned every day and it was very quiet. We had there the best breakfasts we ever had in Zanzibar! The selection is very large. We enjoyed how peacefull this place is. Its like a relaxing oasis in Nungwi. You can chill there at the pool, surrounded by many big and green plants and colourful flowers. And this all thanks to hard work and friendly attitude of Tanya, Nirid and the rest of the staff. If we go to Nungwi in future, we will definitely come back to Gaia Villas!

Overall a great b&b. Good location 10 min walking to the beach. But there is no real road. Nice breakfast. Very clean big rooms. Helpful staff. Beautiful garden.But still we think this place is overpriced compering to others we had. We stayed between Christmas and new year and it was really much $ for a b&b

We had the best time over here. The bungalows were very beautiful and clean. The rooms had enough space and the bed and bathroom were very comfortable. Tanya and all the other staff were very kind which made it feel like home. Also the breakfast was fresh and homemade and u could really taste that. I can not say any negative thing about this stay and i would absolutely recommend everyone this stay. also the pool was amazing.

We have been staying here for a week and Im really glad we book that place. VERY clean, the owner always around and very helpful. The breakfast is very tasty and the try to make the best for you if you have any dietitian restrictions ( we are vegeterians and one is gluten free ). The pool is clean and very cozy with a build in bench that has natural shade under the leaved which we love. Its very close to the beach, it was a mini market with liquor, waters and few snacks right on the corner of the street.

Tanya and her staff is absolutely wonderful. The villas are very clean and spacious ☺️ The pool area in the middle of the garden is absolutely beautiful and the breakfast was excellent 😍

Such a nice place. Cosy and comfortable, Tanya was an amazing host. The breakfast its perfect, homemade and lovely food. I would recommend this place for everyone that would like to have a nice stay in Zanzibar (Nungwi).

Exceptional the staff was very caring, we were even given aloe will see every day to treat my husbands sunburn. The was lunch was the best we have had since arriving in zanzibar. All the members of the hotel were helpful and welcoming!!! We recommend this hotel which for me is the best in Nungwi. It is 5 minutes from the beach.

The Gaia Villas hotel is a real haven of peace! The place is super quiet and only a few steps from the tourist life of Nungwi!The breakfast is excellent, the swimming pool superb and the premises are very clean!Thank you Tanya, Isaïa and Nirit!!I highly recommend this hotel!!

The rest began great, we were met at the airport with a sign and taken safely to the hotel, many thanks to the hostess who organized everything! I liked the hotel very much, the rooms are clean, the cleaning is super, and I just keep quiet outside the territory, it seems that you are in the garden. The pool is a separate treat, very clean and deep. Delicious breakfasts and friendly staff. The hotel is absolutely new, we liked everything very much, we will definitely come back if possible))) Special thanks to Tatyana, the owner of the hotel, she is a great person, very friendly and will always help!

New classy hotel, I would even call it differently - BOUTIQUE HOTEL! Quiet cozy place with a cool deep and clean Pool. Lovely breakfasts, no buffet, everything freshly cooked with care and super tasty! Special thanks to the hostess Tatyana, the responsiveness and solution of absolutely all worries, from recommendations on institutions to making an appointment with a doctor if necessary! I recommend Gaia Villas to all my friends !!!

Everything was perfect from the welcome to the hotel room. I booked for my wedding night. The owner decorated our room and took care of us.The hotel is ideally located 5/10 minutes from the beach and the good restaurants of nungwi.The breakfast is of your choice and is really of very good quality. If I was to come back to Nungwi, I will stay here again
