Dont travel in Dream line travel bus they were non professional people. Bangalore to Coimbatore 25th final destination to Kochi Jan 2022, on time pick up at Bangalore electronic city after that they have stopped for few hrs to catch extra ticket so they were late to reach destination point and most of time no ac even no air blow becz to rise accelarte (over fast unable to sleep peacefully 😴). Suppose to reach at 4.15am but reached outer check post at 6.45am and then arranged a taxi by themselves to drop at Gandipuram reached at 7.30am.

Clean bus,good service, provides tracking details, and a ticket on the phone. No complaints

Im writing this review after trying to reach out to their non-existent customer care. I have written multiple emails and called them like three - four times a day for over a week now, to cancel a ticket, in vain.I have zero response.Pathetic customer service, to say the least. In addition to this, these guys will cancel the bus if theres not enough occupancy without giving any sort of intimation whatsoever.I feel the tickets are priced unreasonably high for this sort of incompetency.Thanks for nothing, Dreamliner Travels.

Worst.. Staff is very rude.. Not fit to travel.. Waste of money

Firstly, none of the staff were wearing masks. Also, the staff did not check the temperature nor provided a sanitiser to the passengers. One of the co-passenger were coughing all night. I am afraid the patient had a covid-19 symptoms. I really felt that I made a huge mistake travelling in this bus last night.Pros:I would give 5 stars for punctuality of the bus timing and cleanliness.

They charge like 1500rs for bangalore to cbe and provide us an uncomfortable ride. These seems to be old buses made to look good only on the inside but ride quality is so poor it just vibrates even on smooth avinashi highway. Better to go for ksrtc Volvo buses for half the price and travel by Uber to bmtc bus stand where the ksrtc Volvo multi axle buses are aviabale. I thought this bus came nearby to my place for pickup but bad decision. Never travelling again. The driver just goes fast over speed bumbs and potholes and whole bus is shaking not even able to sleep.

Had comfortable journey while travelling from Coimbatore to Bangalore. Proper hygiene was maintained. Seats was spacious and neat.

Cleanliness and timely , staff are polite and responsive

I travel atleast 3-4 times a month in this travels and ive been doing so for atleast 2 years now . But of late , their quality of service is pathetic . Especially driver/ conductor behaviour . I was supposed to travel from Chennai to Coimbatore .i called an hour before I had to board to confirm the boarding point details. Very pathetic and wrong information was given . Not only that he kept arguing to pass the phone to someone else close by . I was standing on the road and did not know whom to give it to . He refused to pick up my call after I reached the boarding point and could not find the bus . I called 5 times. Before he could pick my call I found the bus . I called him again and he picked up and I told I saw the bus and I’m walking towards it . He left . Did not wait for me even though I was only few meters away . And I was not even late . He did not inform me he was leaving also. I’ve been struggling to find the place since 7.45 to board at 8.20 and I was not very far from there . I had to go to the next stop by cab to board . He tried to leave from there as well and I had to chase him in the cab . Even upon boarding , he was extremely rude and used abusive words. Not to mention a fact that I’m a girl , traveling alone at night , new to the place . It was a nightmare . And in spite of complaining , no apologies , no explanation . Apart from this , he did not even give me the water bottle / snacks that he gave to everyone . I again wish to insist that even if passengers were late , I’ve always seen buses waiting for them . Though I was not late and managed to reach the despite the confusion he put me through , he left me and I’ve never seen this happen anywhere . They have never been on time anywhere Inspite of claiming to leave because they would lose time . Horrible nightmarish experience. Please don’t travel in this .

Very clean, clear communication regarding bus stop, pick up or drops, maintained exact timing of departure and arrival. Snacks and water provided along with blanket etc. Totally recommended to use this bus service

Traveled from Hosur to Kollam on 31st August 2018.They didnt came to the pickup location at Hosur, instead stopped around 500 metres away. The exact arrival time at Kollam was 8.30 AM, but reached around 12.30 pm ie. 4 hours late from the scheduled time.Bad experience.
