Ive been there when I was in 4th standard. Today Im in my twenties so I barely have the exact experience, Ive some dull memories, we spent there an afternoon, with family and friends. The water is so chilled and amazing. We had a super fun amazing time. That was the best picnic ever I had in my life with my family. I can feel the environment yet.Its just my wish to visit this place once again, only if God blesses me so. Do visit Marangu falls if you live in Tanzania.

The best place for vacation

This was an interesting place to visit. I have a feeling we didnt really explore the expanse of it. It was nice to see some Chaaggaa (one of the tribes in Tanzania) artefacts. There were quite a bit of nice sculptures and it was calming to behold the water fall. Not very big but nice all the same. Would not mind visiting again to go through the cave passage. Bring good shoes, the moss on the path makes it awfully slippery. Bring a camera!

Great falls and I love the cool ambience. I swam in there too where the water falls but the water was quite cold (See video on my YouTube channel at Calm Explorer). It is a really nice place and will visit again.

A majestic waterfall, beautiful environment and and a rich history. One can swim at the falls too but the water is quite cold as it comes directly from Mt. Kilimanjaro

Nice place. You can get some pretty good snaps for memories and be sure to reach the place before its closed which is usually around 4pm

Great place, a bit hidden. People told us it was closed and dry right now but it is beautiful.

Comfortable for the elderly and kids; there is cement on stairs and the edges are enabled with supporting rails. A must visit place 👌
