The best spa! I loved the place my experience there was amazing!! Well trained staffs, great service n soooo relaxing environment!

As much as I hate to be the first to leave a bad comment, I think its only fair that I do. This place offers its services by appointment only which typically means that there is less wait and more efficient use of the customers time.I called on Saturday 13/06 and set an appointment for an eye brow wax and tint at 4PM. I even got a text message to confirm my appointment. I arrived at the salon at 04:03 PM. I was greeted by a nice lady and she asked me to take a seat while I wait for my service. At 04:14PM, she came and said a customer arrived late for their appointment so thats why I had to wait a little bit. At 04:24 PM, there was still no sign of my service starting anytime soon. I notified them that I had to leave because I was hoping to be done by 4:30PM since I had a 5PM arrangement. The lady just said okay, sorry. She did not ask me to reschedule my appointment nor explain why I waited 20 minutes and my service had not started. I get it that another customer ran late but am not sure why a place that goes by appointment only would let a late comer affect the rest of the appointment for the rest of the day. Arent those businesses usually strict and typically asks late comers to reschedule! Anyway, it was my first time and last!!

Had the detox & radiance facial done. Felt like I got a great cleaning and had a noticeable glow the day after the treatment. Great experience

This place is beautiful, serene, clean, neat and they have amazing customer service... I always have an amazing experience overall, try them out, you will not regret it!

Opulence is squeaky clean, everyone is so friendly and ready to serve. The facial treatment was efficient and can see the difference in a day.
