I got a pedicure from Heaven by way of an Angel named Lisa! It was the best pedicure ever, with a wonderful foot massage! Then I got my haircut by the amazingly kind and very professional Bina whos establishment this is. It was 5 star service! I will be back to get a full body massage from Lisa. I appreciate the way I was taken care of today by all of the ladies. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to be pampered 😀. Prices are reasonable and worth it. Haircut for middle of back length hair was 40,000 Tsh and spa pedicure was 40,000 Tsh. Thanks again ladies.

Great service for hair cuts and perfect eyebrows. Very professional. Upon asking for advise on haircare, practical home remedies were suggested. The auxiliary staff are very welcoming and courteous. Loved the atmosphere too! Oh and the coffee :)

I went to Heavens Beauty and Spa on my sisters recommendation. Coming from Cape Town, I had never visited before but they were utterly professional and so well organised. I went in for a pedicure and wanted a facial later. I arrived 45 mins late for my appointment but Bina kept the place open for me as my big day was just a day away. They closed at 8 pm that day and stayed an hour more just so that I got the quality service they offer. I cant thank her enough. I would totally recommend them, their standards are great and they treat their customers likely royalty.

Bina Mistry did my hair and make up for my wedding events in Tanzania. She was absolutely spot on with the looks that I wanted. So I happen to visit this place for an urgent need of eyebrow threading. I was shocked and felt being ripped when I was charged TSH 10000 which is thrice the normal price and double the price they have mentioned on their own pamphlet.I believe that one must pay for good services but to my surprise they just did the job not even minimum efforts of justifying the price like neither astringent was applied nor moisturization.I would never recommend anyone let alone going there again and no wonder it was empty.

I always stick to this salon for a bunch of good reasons. There have been a lot of salons I’ve been to throughout and never have I had an experience as I have here. The manager, Bina, is a lovely lady and she is just so good at hair and actually revived my dead hair. She has never compromised with good quality or good customer service. I always feel comfortable and relaxed in her zen mode salon and spa. The staff are very welcoming and charming and provide good service. I feel like a brand new woman everytime I leave the salon. The ambience and the atmosphere is amazing and very relaxing. Also, the prices are worth what you get and who doesn’t love that! They keep expanding their services and improving their standard of care.I highly recommend this salon and spa for its excellent service.

I found Heaven’s spa online because it has very good reviews on google. Unfortunately me and my friend were not happy with our experience. The stuff were friendly but I got impression that they were rushing to finish their job at 6pm (we came at 5pm). So I did pedicure and gel nail polish. My nails were cut too short and not even, I even have a few cuts on my skin. The nail polish was also applied uneven and after 1 day I have air loops. I do for myself much better at home to be honest...

First the did not have too much staff. They over priced me. Be careful of their menu and be clear of the prices before you get the service. After your done they will tell you a higher price. Don’t pay a penny more than the original agreed price.

They promised that their tips would last about a week, however they didn’t not even last a day. And when I asked for a refund they said it would not be possible. They were also not very Friendly and took my picture without my consent.
