Absolutely wonderful. The therapists are very good and I always leave with glowing clear skin after my facial and completely stretched and de stressed after my massage. The therapists are great at tailoring the massage to fix my shoulder problems. Waxing is quick and painless.

First of all I would like to say that I was very disappointed when I went there for a massage the Thai lady only did 30 minutes instead of one hour;When I asked her she was extremely rude to the receptionist for no reason yet she knew she was supposed to give me an hour of massage.When i called to book we talked about price and agreed yet she pretended not to know which I find it very weird.I don’t recommend anyone to go there unless you really have money to throw away.

The service is just excellent. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I have been suffering with ingrown for many months. Finally i got a place to have them sorted. Thank you Touch Spa for such a warm service. See you soon after 2 weeks.!! ☺️

First of all I would like to write that the massage alone is good! The staff are friendly too. BUT I am appalled that very important behavior in the spa, such as the process of all treatments, is chaotic, unstructured and deviating from things previously discussed. The rooms are cold and bare. I find it particularly strange that during the applications it is discussed why certain things have to be like this now when I clearly state that I find it disturbing. like, for example, that music is too loud and unrhythmic. Plus, the water was freezing after I received a full body scrub. I broke up the treatment today. Sorry people, but spa is either a well-rounded feeling or simply not a spa. I hope you get my critic professional and change some things, because basically you have potential to create a good place.Answer of your comment (couldn’t answer in another way through the google function): you are such an outrageous liar and unprofessional to pretend I hadnt paid for the services. Its so boring that you try to justify your poor work and mental abilities by lying. Hahah amazing, so poor.

For the first time in 3 months in Dar Tanzania, I was treated fabulous! Saeeda Hasham went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of when the hairdresser still had not arrived to do my hair, I had an Awesome Wax where the girl was great! (and I am a very hard, fussy client 😊) English was well spoken, amazing when they understand what you want, Saeeda offered me a 1hr Sports massage complimentary, for the hold up and believe me I NEVER get a massage at a spa as they normally are all relaxation soft massages which is not my cup of tea... Excellent service from each and every person I dealt with today, the hairdresser was good BUT knows about blonde hair, got the color right. (however was Way more expensive than I normally pay, the cut I experienced not so great, but this is Africa everythings expensive for expats and things arent going to be as you would like). Thank you everyone I Will return! ESPECIALLY to the beauty therapist.
