Went there after a recommendation from a friend, so maybe its because I had high expectations but I didnt like the pizza at all. Ive had much better from other places. My friend also said the recipe has somewhat changed. That it did taste different from before. So I dont know 🤷🏾‍♀️. But I guess its a good place for a quick bite.

Because I am am a wannabe vegetarian I have always ordered Pizza with anchovies at Saverio’s. The pizza is excellent. I am not a wine connoisseur but the dry wine I normally order is great. Can order by the glass. During the wet season and because the entrance section is open there are too many flies, but as long as you cover your wine glass and keep the pizza in its container you will enjoy delicious pizza.

Terrible service. 20/10 wouldn’t recommend if you value time and mediocre customer service. Gengeni in Tanzania has better time management. They have the most expensive pizza in Dar es salaam and their service is piss poor. Ordered a pizza an hour ago for pick up and they hadn’t started the ordered. Even after they confirmed it. When my order final was being prepared they made the wrong order with zero accountability. Wasted 38,000 tsh for mediocre pizza I could’ve received at Pizza Hut for half the price with better service. A bit disappointing because this has been my family restaurent for the last 23 years but clearly the service and the customer care attention has changed since I’ve last been back to Tanzania in 2018.

I visited this place after almost 5 years ... It seems management has changed. Pizzas are good how ever service is very poor , staff are stubborn, they dont greet you nor come to ask you till u ask them. It was strange pizza was served without tomato catup and when we asked they said we dont have it. Service is very poor. While earlier days they are best at service... In compittion they need to improve. Not happy with their service...and the attitude... They seems like regid..you pay good for their Piazza and then they mistreat u... This is unacceptable....they need to change their approach ....

Its decent pizza. They have some really good ones and then some really basic tasting one. They pretty much just taste like dough. If youre not pleased with the pizza here or are sceptical.. its surrounded by two other places that sell pizza.

Very poor service. There very few customers( 3 tables) 2 waiters and 1 waitress just moving around but i stayed with dirty empty dishes on the table for 20 minutes, i ordered a desert...... it never came😕. To pay my bill i had to go to the piza chef and demand my bill so that i can leave. I should have sensed something was wrong when i entered and found some customers complaining who eventually decided to leave. I will not recommend this place.

Uncooked pizza. Mediocre pasta. Only good thing was the mango juice. Horrible service. And there was cockroaches.

I am afraid, that like so many eateries in Dar-es-Salaam (where standards have never really risen above the mediocre), Severianos has become utterly complacent. It has stopped caring about quality, and has not been creative at all - for years and years. As a result it serves no more than terribly commonplace dishes. Yet happily charges almost London styled prices. Best evaluation/recommendation, 50/50. Not 3 star rating. 2,5 at best.

I ordered coffee and they said they didnt have any. The chicken topping of the pizza didnt taste fresh. And it was somewhat deserted, it used to be better than its current state

Best Pizzeria in Dar es salaam, great atmosphere, a genuine brick oven, and a family place, the service gets slow over the weekends especially on Sundays because theres only two people waiting tables and it gets packed but its an all round nice place.
