Good food, pricey and not so good location

I loved the pork ribs very much, but surprisingly it was the rice that stole the show. Simply sublime, Ill definitely be going back for that

Calm place , good food with different taste from Jamaican, Mexican etc you name it, best customer care..only problem is the noise from the parked Boda boda drivers.

Very good food, good selection of beers. The main chef came to have a chat and explained any dishes of interest. Spicy sauce made by his own recipe went ideally with other foods and sauces.

The food was not as I expected. The music not so great. The service was not for the kings. But everything looked absolutely divine.

Their potato chips and Jamaican bananas are to die for. The crispy wings are also great. Enjoyed my starters which were a great size but I wouldnt recommend their main dishes. The environment could also use an upgrade.

We wanted to try something different in Dar Es Salaam and not necessarily in the touristy area. The Africano was the perfect place. Even if the place was a bit challenging to find by our taxi, (and the road is in bad condition), its all worth it at the end.Chef Frederik and his staff are welcoming and the food was just freshly cooked and very tasty! I ordered Nile perch with Chips and vegetables on the side. The chips were crunchy and hot with an amazing pepper dip. Beer and bottled water available. I highly recommend this place and surely will return next time I am in Dar.Catherine

The Place is very difficult to find in kinondoni, but once you there you know you want to eat good food. The owner chef Fred Uiso is a renowned chef with a program on Azam Tv. The place is very simple decor but the food is simply delicious. Every dish is a signature dish, mouth watering. The meats very well marinated with the right Spices and herbs. You order the food takes 45 min to an hour but its worth the wait. The meat dishes, the sea foods the local dishes are all excellent. There is no Restaurant in Daressalaam with such heavenly food. Well done chef Uiso. Congratulations
