People are very kind and helpful. Hotel is clean, rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is nice and if leaving early they pack breakfast for you. WIFI is reliable, everything in the hotel was working, the AC, etc...I would recommend!

Value of money in the heart of dar es salaam, everything was Top notch, comfy bed with clean linen. Breakfast have variety of options, they need to something about salty water in the bathroom its okay for short stay.

Poor customer service, I couldnt use the balcony because the door is broken, no telephone service for housekeeping or room service, no wash clothes to bath with, the shower glass door was broken off, couldnt shower because the bottom of it will fill up above your ankles, because the draining was extremely slow, no elevator, and they didnt compensate me for my poor experience, they just looked at me, like a deer in head lights

Nice, however, there is a problem with either the walls or dont know. Because, everithing done in the rooms, conversations, secret things, etc, are heard by a neighbour. To some people it is a disturbing thing. Otherwise the breakfast and waiters is very good, barthroom walls, tiles, should be scrubed at least once a week. The location of the hotel is good you cant hear unnecessary noise from outside.. And you can relax when you sleep because their rooma have big beds

The rooms are really nice and surprisingly cheap. The food is good too. Nice breakfast. The staff are nice and helpful but most dont speak English well. The location of the Hotel can be a little bit confusing though. This is a place I can return to next time i come around Tz.

Never before have I rated only 1 star, but this place rightly deserves it. Guests beware, do not book here! This place also houses a nightclub on the top floor, so you will not find any sleep in the weekend here. Even if you stay at the lowed 1st floor. The management will pretend theres no problem, even with loud bass music being heard everywhere in the building and drunk people passing in the hallways until 5 am.

Great beds. Good/Okay breakfast with a selection of Tanzanian and western style foods. Clean rooms but bathroom standards a bit questionable. Good price in the heart of Dar es Salaam near Kariakoo market (5mins walk). A good place to experience Tanzania like local. Avoid Friday and Saturday nights because they have a noisy and extremely disturbing nightclub that is open to the public on those nights. Overall good place.

A/c was not functional proper and the water tab in the bathroom was functioning and WiFi wasn’t functioning but the rest is epic

Nice Hotel in the Heart of Daressalam. Clean room with a big bed,where you can relax while sleeping. Not so loud at night and the bathroom was also clean and modern

Great food, neat rooms and great service. Its located at a convenient place just off town, and its near the bus terminal. Its also a walking distance to the Kariokor market which allows you to shop thoroughly.

The hotel would not accept online payments for organising events! The manager insisted that we should pay in cash. I did not take this seriously enough. As I had to leave Dar es Salaam on the last day of the event, my colleague had to deal with this by herself and the hotel staff actually seized her, insisting that the payment has to be done then and in cash! Be advised!

WARNING: Stay away from this place. We organised a workshop at thie hotel with a bill that was over 5 000 000 Tanzanian shillings.. At the last minute they increased this bill by 3 000 000 and added a 18% VAT which should be incorporated in the cost. They they would not let me leave the hotel, with their guard assaulting me. Basically, I want to report Illegal behaviour by the management of the hotel: attempted to scam our organisation and our staff, avoid their tax obligations in demanding we pay in cash and refusing to provide correct bank information for an online transfer, and held me hostage, assaulted them, and confiscated my belongings in order to extort a considerable cash amount.Please never stay in this place if you dont want to be assaulted and extorted for money.REPLY TO OWNER; Just read the response from the owner. This is a complete lie. They wanted to add 18% VAT, even though it should be included, for which we checked with teh VAT office. We have been trying to contact police in regards to the matter. I came down to reception an hour before I needed to leave for the airport to settle matters. If you accost me the night before and add 3 000 000 to the bill and in addition an 18% VAT, I think that is unreasonable. Its also known as tax evasion as the receipts you show clearly show that VAT is included in the fee. In regards to assault I think the people on the street saw something different. We paid the amount they said we owed, but they gave us the wrong bank account information, since they wanted it all in tax to evade tax. We have the bank transfer to prove it. Please stop lying. It is unacceptable behavour and we have reported it to relevant embassies.

The staff were friendly and supportive. The chambermaids should be trained on what the guests should have in their rooms to save on several phone calls requesting the basics

The place its nice but the staff do not know how to speak Englsh its a problem to them with the exception of this girl called Christine Philips she speaks a very nice English and her hospitality is undefined she has a talent of taking care of the guest.
