I stayed at this hotel during my business visit to Dar. This hotel is situated very close to the Central Business District of Dar and hence makes a very suitable choice of stay for business travellers.The rooms are compact yet comfortable.The breakfast buffet had a variety of options The staff at Reception & Restaurant are very responsive. Check-in & Check-out were super smooth.

Nice hotel at the city centre... About five minutes drive to Zanzibar ferry. For nice DSM views, drink from the 13th floor bar.Service too slow though, I had to wait 15 minutes to get a beer while seated five meters from the bar counter!!!

Very clean, cheap great food. Very helpful and friendly staff. Close to every thing or $5 or less Uber from the clubs and famous restaurants. Try avoiding taking local taxi because they will try changing you 5 or 6 times more then Uber.

Good and clean rooms, i think staff needs more trainning and due to the current situation they are running with very limited staff. Atleast bathroom amenities needs to be provided, even after requesting for dental kit it was not been delivered.

Price is good however the buffet is not so good

Situated near kivukoni where you can get yhe ferry to Zanzibar or cross to Kigamboni. Has a very good view of the oceann and has a pool at the restaurant. The food is okay and the service is good. Has very good automation of rooms with a fancy setup

Great hotel with helpful staff. Breakfast upon reservation is offered in the restaurant or with room delivery (free of charge). Nice view of the city from the room. As a side note, the unsuccessful installation of the safe should be noted, since the door of the cabinet does not allow opening the door of the safe in room 1217

TO FLEEunprofessional staff, seeking not to be of service but only to make a little money on the backs of customers, with the guarantee of the management. smells in the shower. The linen is not changed every day even when requested.

We encountered a significant problem with the hotel concierge and his management. He volunteered to have our cell phone repaired, for 100,000 Tanzanian schillings. The next day it was still not fixed when we left. So we left him 3 more days with a commitment from him and the front desk manager that it would be done on our return. Nothing was done in 3 days, we were not reimbursed and in addition this gentleman activated the cellular data of the telephone which caused an invoice of 60 € from our operator. We met on Sunday the duty manager who promised to tell his GM about our problem on Monday and that he would call us. We have not heard from him. Bravo forClient service
