Nice room, good shower, hot water and AC. Very comfortable. Breakfast was not available at 7am, as we were told.

Àctually this my favorite hotel in Dar es salaam... very cool environment inside very clean people are lovely rooms are well organized.. meals are just awesome ☺️☺️☺️

Very beautiful hotel but until they improve on cleanlinessbthey will not see me there.The Manager is a listener and he tries to help by all means possible however simple rules of cleanliness needs to be adhered to by default not after being told the taps the bath had avfoul smell and the shower drainage blocked. Food menu not up to standard breakfast also not up to standard. Ciggarette smells in corridors no air freshner etc

Our stay at the hotel was superb, The Staff are very kind and exceptional, as well as the general manager ( Mr Om prakash) is down to earth, cozy and comfy , they also have a very good chef ( Mr Bilal) with great food, The WIFI is exceptionally fast!!!, they also have an excellent breakfast, the waitress went of the menu just to make us happy!! , Transport is readily available with good rates from Uber, It is very quite pristine and elegant, They also at one point helped me to get stuff from the shops nearby ( Very Courteous) The rooms are very secure and safe , I highly recommend this hotel!!!!!! ask for the suite! personally that it is a five star hotel

This place was is good compare as last time visit . But now is very good utmost-fare here because new manager is so good and price also is down as compare privies here .... comes once

The stuff were so amazing and very helpful. Close to the airport and cbd. The rooms were clean... Just their linen, they need to upgrade because they sheets are worn out ..... Also encouraging their stuff to speak English for better communication. However, every about this place is good. I will definitely coming back.

There are no towels, slippers, toilet paper in the rooms. They say they dont have it even if you ask for it from the lobby. When we come to the hotel, they said there is breakfast. Its morning, there is no breakfast. There is no water. The kitchen is filthy. I ask for breakfast, they hit the mallık. The cards they give do not work against the elevators. In short, I do not recommend it. Else find a place. choose another district

Das Hotel ist schlecht. Das Bad war nicht sauber, nur mit Wasser abgespritzt, zudem roch es modrig/schimmelig. Das Zimmer roch nach Rauch, obwohl Nichtraucherzimmer. Lüften ist bei den Bedingungen allerdings auch schwer möglich (1 Fenster, draußen auch keine gute Luft). Die Kissen und die Decke rochen eklig. Es war nur ein Handtuch für zwei Reisende da, erst auf mehrmalige Nachfrage haben wir ein zweites erhalten. Die Mitarbeiter waren im allgemeinen unmotiviert und arbeitsscheu. Positiv hervorzuheben war der Manager, den wir allerdings erst bei Problemen beim auschecken zu Gesicht bekamen, die Klimaanlage und der Preis.
