Good services but I dont think they care about thier clients,the toilets are dirty,no tissue,no soap.In early January 2022 they closed the hospital without issuing a public notice to clients.I just went to hosp amd found it closed.So bad.

The worst customer service Ive ever received. Called the hospital at 3:25pm asking about their whereabouts and working hours ..was told they close at 4pm was there around 3:40pm after racing like Michael Schumacher on my way there...only to find a lady at the reception busy with her phone saying am late( they stop receiving patients at 3:30pm) 😳.....they cant attend me I should come back tomorrow ..she ddnt even want to hear what I was suffering from... I begged as if I was receiving the service for free..no one wanted to listen..I was left standing like a stranger to a place I dont belong.. worst worst worst customer experience.. the name does not resonatewith their service .. when I called they could have simply told me I only have 5mins ... its just sad... if there was a zero star I could have rated that..I think one is somewhat better than what I received...zero..they could at least made me feel some forms ..at least something... pooooor

You should be telling us the closing time not this one which you have mentioned 5 pm while you stop accepting customers from 3 pm. I am a bit discouraged by this

They have the best eye care.I had an eye problem which I couldnt see well and they gave me the best service within short period of time.I recommend you to go there whenever you have eye problem. They accept all kinds of health insurance and they take measures against COVID-19

I had earlier given them 4 stars because of the hospitality I received when I went for a check up...loved how they were organised. On the other hand, Ive changed to 2 stars because they dont pick up their line...that means in case of emergency someone would not be helped ASAP.

Very nice customer care, clean environment, best medical team ( doctors and nurses) all doing their best for our eyes. Im very satisfied with their services, got much relieve to my eyes....thanks International eye.Top of that they do accept NHIF and other medical insurance

They employ proffessors (not only one) instead of hiring a mediocre ophthalmologist. Apart from their unique service the facility is state of the art as well.Seems that they really care what they do
