DO NOT TRUST THIS COUNTRY. This government is involed in fraud. I received a Moissanite fake rough diamond. The parcel had a Kimberly Process certificate and was legally exported from Tanzania!!! I contacted the officials and they basically laughed it of. This government should be ashamed of themselves! I though Magufuli was supposed to clean office of this corrupt scum. Shame on you Tanzania and shame on your so called Ministry of Minerals
