Very bad experience with this agent. Very unprofessional and careless. Because of their utter negligence, our crew missed flight and had to be put up in hotel for many days (as next flight not available). The crew kept calling the agents to remind to send car to go to the airport for their departure flight. But they agent kept insisting that their flight is after 2 days. After convincing them for long the agents realized their mistake but it was too late to catch the flight by then. Also many other stories of carelessness. Have never seen such unprofessional agency across the world.Besides, their costs are simply exorbitant even compared to US, Brazil, Canada, Australia etc.THINK MANY TIMES BEFORE USING THIS AGENT!

Awful experience for any shipowner, technical manager, supplier, charterer and even other agencies that are supposed to work in collaboration with them!Many companies unfortunately already had unpleasant experience and struggle due to the lack of care from Tasac Shipping Agencies Corporation. We have lost money due to their carelessness, negligence and ignorance and would like to NEVER work with them again!0 knowledge about shipping and logistics
