If youre a foreigner, please come early to avoid having to wait for very long. The lines for the natives can be incredibly long. If you have everything, go upstairs to room number 1 to get a payment number and then rush to the nearby bank to pay and finish up quicker.Otherwise, pretty okay service when not busy.

The most crowded place on earth *just kidding* but yah for real the place is really full of people all the time. If you happen to want their services you should target early hours so you that you can’t waste more time.
