Nice building.Nice apartments.Very good that is furnished appartments.Furniture in good condition. But without any kitchen or cleaning accessories.Price is 1800$ per month. (approx.3 min TZs)It is not cheap and you expect good service for, BUT...staff very lazy.Pool dirty and nobody care.Sanitary equipment in flats not in working conditions and managers Isaack and Irshad Yaqoob will offer to repair yourself for your own cost.Even light bulbs not there when you are hire flat - you need buy it for your own cost.They promise to provide internet (ZUKU 69000 TZs monthly, approx.30$) but they never pay for in time. You will stay every month without connection 4-7 days, and need to call them every day, every hour.Also, you need buy cooking gas yourself.It is nothing, just 50000 TZs (approx.22$) per 20 kg every 1-3 months, but such complex must provide it immediately upon request, free or for you money.
