I was very depressed and blamed everybody and every situation in my life. I had just gave birth and I had postnatal depression, I couldnt sleep and everything was chaos in my life.When I started meditating at TANZANIA Meditation, everything in my life changed. I accepted and embrace positively every situation in my life. I can now sleep. As a mother, I love, adore and respect my children and i accept their flaws. As wife, Im very supportive to my husband especially the fact he works very hard and late. I am compassionate towards others. I am becoming a better human every single day.Tanzania Meditation is my life and a home I have been searching in my entire life. I am sincerely thankful to the founders, who have sacrifice for the entire humanity to teach the most truthful meditation. At Tanzania meditation, we learn to respect every person, to love others before ourselves, to be humble, to be positive and to become true human being. Thank you true universe 🙏
