The place is very cool!Their services are good and at an affordable price. it is a good place to stay .

The location is very nice, but one of the tenants who I visited complained of their vehicle being keyed and scratched by children who live in the complex. Also, there are no elevators for any of the apartment buildings which are Four Levels high. Security is very good and the apartments have A/C which is very welcome in the hot weather of Dar es salaam.

The place is beautiful but no transport facility nearby. Have to walk a lot to get local transport. No shops in walking distance.

This place needs tall trees...Asap! The concrete structures can get very hot and unbearable...you may need to crank up your AC day and night and the fact that electricity here is paid at a premium doesnt help your case....! Even with all the houses here, it still feels lonely 🙄 but the workers are very friendly.

There is a small market, belongs to Sea Breeze. Every night they play music loudly, several times I called them explained in polite way that we have baby and the time is night not evening but their understanding is low, still they continue.

Just paid a visit..great complex with amenities and a good location if you work around the mbezi area but the rooms are rather boxy and small

Havent been inside the complex but from the outside it looks good and it has a playing ground for kids and utility stores near by
