I have walked in and out of several banks but I have to say this bank has by far the worst customer service. I walked in on 27/04/2021 at 10:45am. Bank tellers staff members kept interfering with my transaction by bringing their jobs for the teller that I was working with to perform. An unprofessional move by senior staff members of the bank. All I needed was to cash in on money gram. As I stood there for the teller to finish my transaction; 10 minutes later she informs me that her machines isnt working. Im currently waiting for the machine to work and for them to call me.Forget it Ill take my business elsewhere.How is this bank in business under a none existent customer care?
