Have been following up a bank statement since January 2021. The so called customer service team is taking their sweet time and reply they have sent when nothing is sent. Very pathetic customer service to be honest

I never got service here, the guy called Kashasha take so much time to the customer.... For three days now I cant reach him.... Boring

Sadly theres no wheelchair entrance, but the staff are OK and they yet to provide cutting edge service.
