It has been one month since I opened my account and they haven’t given me the card, which I asked for since the moment I went to open an account. I have been texting, calling and going personally to follow this situation. Today they tell me, that yesterday they sent the request.

A bank open 7days in a week. What else do you need ? Masaki Branch is open up to 8pm and reliable staffs. Nobody leaks your private information to third party.

Literally the worst customer service i have received, the teller gave a really rude vibe, i prefer the DTB in upanga.. much nicer staff.
