Flights get cancelled and refunds get very little as compared to what the prices were at the time of purchase.OK to board was not processed by the office which caused us to miss our flight.My dad had to pay 400 usd extra to book another ticket while we waited for ok to board to be processed.We await the office to look into this and see how they compensate for us over this.
Theyre saying theyre 5 stars they would be if the phone call center was existing. However the flight was great and the staff members are really gentle.

Helpful & efficient staff. Prices are more than online rates of Qatar airways. Airline should think about it as customer expect same rates at their offices which is not true in this case.

This company, its a company with no respect for people ... we arrived an hour before the flight last night and they didnt want to check us in, although we would have arrived sooner if the plane from Zanzibar to Dar hadnt been delayed es Saalam! we had to fly from Dar es salaam, Africa in Budapest, Europe ... we called we prayed for them, we insisted but nothing ... he left us here in Africa without a Hotel, without anything ... three adults and two children ... some soulless people, who make fun of people who pay a lot to fly with them ...we will sue them when we get home, but now we are suffering and experiencing indescribable stress because we do not know how to get home! 😞

Hello,I am currently at the agency in Qatar dar es salam. My checked baggage did not arrive. It has been 3 days since I have had any clothes, shoes or hygiene products. I thought the manager was going to intervene but he just said to wait for a call from the airport. I dont look like anything. Very disappointed with the service of qatar and the welcome I received. For a company with a high level, I am very disgusted. This will teach me to want to privilege them during this time, I have no minimum vital.
