Well Organized Trip to Mount Kilimanjaro!!!!!!!We choose 8 day Kilimanjaro climb as private tour with unique jungletours. From the beginning to the end we noted good arrangement of thetrip from which we communicate with (Mr. Rama) and the whole group of 15people includes guides porters and cooks who escorted us to summit themountain.As vegetarian, the food was prepared according to our need and sometimevery flexible to adopt from what we need.The main guide Leonard had a lot of knowledge both mountaineering andculture which make our trek to be comfortable. We have just returned from a fantastic ten-day safari in Tanzania and three-day gorilla safari in Uganda all organised by Unique Jungle tours (and their sister Uganda company). We could not have been more pleased with everything - from the first contact email to the very last day of departure. We began our planning about a year ago and initially went with a non-local company. However we then decided we wanted to travel with a locally owned safari company. Unique Jungle tours comes up well on its reviews and so I corresponded with Rama where, after many back-and-forth emails we jointly constructed a fantastic itinerary. Rama is one of the sales managers and I very much enjoyed planning our safari with her. She was prompt in her correspondence, gave us a range of options for accommodation and was very accommodating of our own suggestions. She was also very good on providing advice such as the number of nights we should stay put in one place. Distances in Tanzania are very very long and the roads in the parks are rough and one really needs to rely on the expert advice on how to plan the itinerary. During our safari she contacted me on several occasions to make sure that everything was going alright. Our guide was Enock John and he was fabulous. He has a depth of experience, a wealth of knowledge about the ecology and the animals and much patience with us, his clients who often asked silly questions. I am sure that all the guides are excellent but we feel particularly fortunate to have had Enock. Between Rama and Enock everything was taken care of. This meant that my husband and I could really enjoy the safari without any worries about forward planning. Rama organised our three day gorilla tour in Uganda with their sister company (Primate Expeditions). Again everything ran smoothly from getting gorilla permits, the local flights, hotel transfers etc. This is an excellent company with very high-quality staff and extremely reasonable rates. It is also a locally owned Tanzanian company which we think is important. We can recommend Unique Jungle tours without any reservations! The safari industry is a very complex market and you can have full confidence of a great safari if you go with Unique Jungle tours.

Amazing 4 Day Safari Tour in Tanzania!We travel to Tanzania February 2018. I don’t know where to start but wehad an amazing experience during this trip,we mention unique jungle tours for the best safari memory to Serengetiand Ngorongoro as they have good organization of the trip and standardsafari vehicle Perfect guide as he was having positive interaction withus and very informative in term of wilderness.He explains many things about the wildlife and cultural aspects of Masaipeople after we visited their houses. Unique Jungle Tours have made good and refunded funds scammed by Emmanuel who scammed us whilst representing the company. We have been advised that he is no longer with the company. Apart from our bad experience with this individual we had a really good experience on our safari. Our driver Dan was lovely and all was as they said it would be.

From the minute I contacted Unique Jungle Tours about an upcoming trip they provided me with the most excellent customer service! Rama was amazing and gave us many different options for our trip and let us customize everything! He was so helpful and was always available to us when we needed her help! During the safari we had Hassani as our driver and guide. I’ve been to safari in South Africa and kenya as well and never have I seen a better guide than Hassani! He is the homie!! You have to request him for your safari you will have the most amazing time with him! If I ever go back I won’t do a safari unless he’s my driver! Wonderful experience all around with this company! GO with UNIQUE JUNGLE TOURS for the UNEXPECTEDMy dream has always been to go on a safari and for my 70th birthday Iwas finally able to have this come true. My sister (read her reviewDonna M) who had just turned 79 kindly made all the arrangements with avery patient and helpful Jessica and then accompanied me on our 11 daysafari of Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Ndutu, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro.Our guide, Joackim, was tops from the very beginning. He drove us aroundArusha the day before our safari actually started and took us to a greatcraft market. Every day he made sure that we saw the local animals. Andwe were lucky to see them all even the black rhinos. We also visited aMasai village and Banana Town for a real local lunch which were not onour itinerary. Joackim is very knowledgeable about all vegetation,animals, people, and history.Joackim went out of his way when I discovered that I had the wrongmemory card in my camera and it was full after day two. That evening andon his own time he went to the city and to shops to find the best price.First thing the next morning I was able to purchase a memory card andthankfully continue to document my best vacation.The picnic lunches were fit for royalty - everything but candles. Acaciaaccommodations and meals were all 5 star plus. All the people werefriendly and accommodating.This was the best vacation I could ever dream of taking and I would doit again without hesitation.So --- GO Unique Jungle Tours AND GO WITH Joackim.

The company uniquejungletours is not reliable for safari trips in Tanzania, does not meet its word, laying to the costoers and does not take responsibility for its failures.In August 2019, we took a luxury 7 days trip with a safari vehicle and a driver . In the North Serengeti the driver informed us, on behalf of the company , that there was a storm in the area and the SERENGETI> HERITAGE LUXURY TENTED CAMP to which we were supposed to sleep have been hardly damaged and we will be taken to another camp.But ... not everyone can cheaten! , I told the driver to drive to the camp in order to see with my own eyes the camp that was hardly damagedThe camp manager continued to lie to us about a storm some tents flew in the wind, obviously I did not believe! and i told him i would not move out of the camp until I received the tent I paid for, after conversations with the company he cleared us a tent by lying to another couple and sending them to another camp, finally the manager was confessed to us that they had a full booking.later, in the evening a large group of Japanese arrived they had a privet barbecue and dinner in which neither we nor the other guests shared,in addition there was no water at night and in the morning and the camp was dirty with animal feces.Of course I wrote to the company and demanded a refund for the luxurious camp, the company evading its responsibility and rolling it on the camp as if it did not know about the default.Today is October 9th, I sent my bank account information in about a month ago .unfortunately I did not see any refund !You are on your way to supposedly transferring the responsibility from one to the other, obviously you are working together, I am not the first customer nor the last you cheat!
