I usually book all my trips on my own but I am so glad I got introduced to Rickshaw Travel Agency before our trip to Tanzania. They made my life so much easier and planned the trip of our dreams without having us go through the burden of planning.Zaki is a great agent who was always available to answer our questions even during late hours. The itinerary was altered to our own requests and we got really good deals with the agency at better prices than what we initially saw with the accommodations. Zaki also organized our transfers, small details during the trip, high quality packed lunch on the first day of safari…so really, we had nothing to worry about during this trip. He even made an effort to meet us at our hotel on arrival and at the airport on departure to check-in with us and make sure everything was pleasant.Our guide Joseph was the best. Not only was he a professional with spotting wild animals, but also a great driver to help us get through the muddy roads. He was also a great company, always smiling, and fun to be around. We saw all the big 5, and every animal we had planned to see.Will definitely be booking our trips in the future with Rickshaw. We had a lovely experience and gained two new friends—zaki and joseph!

We had a great time with Rickshaw. From the time we started planning our holiday, the team was extremely helpful in planning our entire itinerary. They helped us fully customize it, the way we wanted it. Gave some incredible recommendations. Even when we reached the place they were so warm and welcoming and personally met us to ensure everything was well. Special thanks to Zaki who patiently answered all our questions, took the time to explain things and helped us in every step of our planning and execution. Our guide Godfrey was amazing too. We spent the best 5 days of our life on that safari, Godfrey is extremely skilled and knows so much about the place and national park. We learnt so much about the place and had a great time driving around with him. They have the best team and they made our holiday so memorable. Truly appreciate the effort taken to make us feel so comfortable and we had the best time thanks to these guys. Highly recommend working with them and cant wait to work with them again.

I reached out to Rickshaw for a safari to Manyara, Serengeti and Norongoro in August 2020 and my husband and I would like to thank them for arranging an amazing trip!! Their service from the beginning- understanding and tailoring the package to our needs, prompt responses to our many queries and updates on the process was excellent.. Zaki Admani did a fabulous job to ensure that we had a good holiday and all our needs were well taken care of - including surprise wine and cake for our anniversary ;).. Our guide Robbie was excellent- very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs and very well trained on COVID-19 preparedness.. We had a once in a lifetime experience of having a cheetah on the open roof of our vehicle! A BIG thanks to Rickshaw again for arranging a very enjoyable and memorable holiday!

My partner and I and another couple used Richshaw Travel for a recent trip to Tanzania. From arrival to departure we were treated with smiles and a very punctual service. Our tour guide through the Serengeti (Godfree) was fantastic, he was able to answer all our questions with great knowledge of the wildlife and surroundings.Booking internal flights in Africa can be a challenge but Zaki from Rickshaw assisted us and managed to do all the reservations and bookings on our behalf, a challenge which I tried to do, but to no avail. Zaki was our lead contact throughout the trip and any queries were solved by the break of dawn.The cost generally is quite high and not something everyone would be able to afford but when broken down into all the segments and aspects involved in the trip and the quality of service is reviewed then a slightly over budget financial affair isn’t too harmful.I would highly recommend Richshaw travel and especially Godfree to anyone wanting to have a holiday in Tanzania.

We had a Trip of Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro and Serengeti National Park. Rickshaw made our trip one of the memorable trip for our family. The conditions of the Vehicles were Excellent, Drivers were not only professional drivers but GUIDE also with enough knowledge about place and the animals. All the arrangements were carried out perfectly to the minute details. We felt secured as all precautions were taken by the drivers in the car and also by the hotels staff as far as COVID-19 is concern. I will definitely recommend Rickshaw to others.

Our first visit to Ngorongora Crater and Serengeti, was all arranged by Rickshaw Travel through the expertise and professional guidance of Zaki, in the Arusha Office. On arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport we were welcomed by our driver and guide Sisty, fully masked, and taken to a clean and sanitised vehicle, which would be ours for the 5 days. Zaki maintained contact with us every day throughout the trip to make sure we were comfortable and check everything was going to plan, this was very re- assuring to us. We stayed at Lemala Ngorongora Camp for the first and last night, the service and food was excellent. the talking shower was a new experience but worked well, and one thing that we did enjoy was a tray of tea delivered to our tent at 6am, (but we are British and love our early morning tea).Day 2/3 we spent at Lemal Kuria Hills, to see the Great Migration, our journey from the Crater to Kuria Hills was 290 Kms on an un-tarred road, but our driver Sisty managed the drive with a few stops on the way to see the animals, and a packed lunch, very tiring but well worth it as you really see the plains of Serengeti and the local villages along the way. Lemala Kuria Hills was out of this world in therm of design, comfort, facilities, food and service, our hosts Rebecca and Andre did a great job, The Migration was true to form we saw three crossings and Sisty new every trick in the book to ensure we had the best experience. Overall I highly recommend Rickshaw Travel, the team are professional friendly and go out of their way to make sure you get the best experience.

Just got back from an excellent trip arranged by Rickshaw Travels to Serengeti, Tarangire and Ngorongoro in Tanzania. The whole pre-trip and in-trip experience was tailored to our needs. Vivek, Deepak from Rickshaw were very attentive to our needs, and kept in touch with us constantly before, during and even after the trip. There was an issue with our bags from our airlines. Rickshaw helped us a lot with this and didnt let it disrupt our trip. Their lodging options, car arrangements were also very good. Our driver/guide Godfrey was also excellent. He was very thoughtful, well informed, friendly and we got to see some real good game. He also educated us quite a bit not only on the wildlife but also the people, life in Tanzania which was fun. Rickshaw genuinely cares about creating a great experience for their travelers, and I hope to go on other Africa trips with them !
