I was part of shared group(s). At the end, I got to see everything as planned. But I changed 4 different groups, the schedule was reshuffled many times and Jimmy barely even communicated the changes to me. Overall, coordination was bad, but the actual game drives were fun, but they were arranged by other companies. Swahili Paradise Tours acted only as a middle man.
We went as 3 friends on a private safari for 3 days on serengeti and ngorongoroand got to explore these wonderful sites with probably the best guide we could ever dream of, his name is Joseph and hes the most peacefull, and easy going person we could ever meet. I highly recommand this agency and specially theguide Joseph!
We have booked a family safari (for 6 persons) with Jimmy some months before the safari. Swahili Paradise Tours did a great job on making the safari. We had a good 4x4 car and food was good. There were no problems on the safari. We have seen beautiful spots in the Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara. In the end, we skipped the Masaai tour (because it was too commercial). Unfortunately a refund could not be made. Our driver (Emmanuel) was the best driver we could imagine. We do have some suggestions, because there is room for improvement. For example: the camping gear was old and dirty. Its better to fix better gear for more comfort. Also, we ended the safari in Lake Manyara, while its better to start there (because its not that impressive after you went to Serengeti). After all it was a beautiful experience and were happy that weve booked with Swahili Paradise Tours! Thank you Jimmy.
