I always wanted to go to safari trip in Tanzania. I was going as a single woman with her two daughters and wanted to feel safe and supported. As soon as I got off the airplane there was a guide with my name, and I sighed a deep sigh. From then on I knew I was in good hands. I was able to relax and have the time of our lives with my two daughters. The itinerary was perfect and the execution flawless. The guides in each location were amazing. They helped us from start to finish be prepared adequately and gave the support during the entire trip. 100% worth it.

The hotels they chose were well located for an enjoyable walk and convenience to Parks.Most importantly the guides were very well informed and extremely helpful. My safari trip in Tanzania, although limited to two days, ended up being a marvellous and unforgettable experience. On the first day, we departured around 9:30 with a real Safari car and visited the Tarangire Park full of all kinds of African animals. Elephants having a bath in the Tarangire River impressed me the most.On the second day, we explored the landscape of the Ngorongoro Crater, which is just breathtakingly beautiful. The crater offers an unparalleled concentration of wildlife and opportunities to observe it at close range. I would like to here thank the Tour Organiser Mr Salehe Abdallah from Crown Eagle Adventures for his assistance in organising this trip and for the service he provided throughout. During the trip, food and water was provided and the Safari car was comfortable and the driver very helpful. The service of Crown Eagle Adventures is recommended by the local Touristic Information point as well as he is a well-known and respected guide in town. If you are in Arusha, do not hesitate to book a Safari trip with him.

Extremely unprofessional company and staff. Used Crown Eagle on a climb of Kilimanjaro followed by a private local tour. Local tour guide tried to charge full price of tour again after I had already fully paid the company. Vehicle used was extremely decrepit. Driver drove dangerously. Tour guide was clearly under the influence of alcohol one morning and started the tour 2 hours late. Refund requested from company and agreed to, but only partial amount received.
