We just did our Safari with Shidolya. We were communicating with them 10 months before our trip and they were very responsive. We had no problems during our Safari, but before all we have to give special thanks to our drver Jojo.Jojo is the best we could ever get. He made our safari memorable. He is so knowledgeable. All our smallest questions were answered. He knew everything about even birds, he could spot the animal from very far, he is experienced driver as well and he made us feel as a part of family. We saw big 5 and he was very patience waiting for leapard to show up on the tree giving us the best approach with the car. We loved his sense of humor and he was also very respectful. I think nothing would be the same without Jojo. Lots of memories and good vibes we brought home with is. Thank you Shidolya and thank you Jojo.

Just finished a 4-day safari with Shidolya including Serengeti and Ngorongoro national parks. We wanted a specialised itinerary and they were excellent in accommodating our custom itinerary. Pre-arrival they were quick & informative with their email responses and everything went according to our itinerary on the safari. Our driver Peter was such a great guy, very knowledgeable & patient and answered all of the questions we had. We loved every second and we spotted some amazing things including the great migration and a family of lions eating and much more. Would highly recommend this company to everyone.

Positives:Guide was very good at spotting wildlife. Very knowledgeable about animals.Saw big 5.Food was delicious.Free Pick up and drop to airport or bus stand.Negatives:Did not accept credit card or digital wallet.Half day of 5 day safari was just sitting around in the campsite. Do not like this as safaris are very expensive.Guide and cook were lazy. They wanted to start late and end early everyday and we had to constantly argue with them which was annoying. All the other tour operators were taking their clients early morning and late evening when the carnivores are most active.

Me and my girlfriend asked for a 5 days safari with private car. We had no problem to give our expectations and shidolya organized us exactly what we were asking. People from shidolya are very nice and professionnal. Accomodation in lodge was excellent, we enjoyed full day looking for animal (we even saw the big 5 but many more animals that we didnt expected), Launch box were okay (prepared by the lodge), car was very clean and in very good shape (4x4 landcruiser for 6 people only for two of us and the driver). This trip wouldnt have be the same without Cripsin who was really really good guide, nature lover, hawk eyes to find animals, and always carrying for us in order that we enjoy much as possible.Dont hesitate to book your safari with shidolya, we had a perfect trip and we would do again. Overmore price was very competive (30% of full price in advanced by transfer and the rest to Shidolya office).Thank you again for all to all people of shidolya.

The price was competitive, thats the plus. On the downside, they didnt accept credit cards and didnt inform us about it. The driver came an hour late, every safari day was a negotiation with the driver and the chef to get them ready to go. They wanted our water while on safari, made food that we didnt ask for. Yes, we saw animals so thats a plus but the entire experience of hassling and begging and massaging the driver and chefs ego, Id rather not do again. Not worth the energy drain.

I just finished a 3 days safari Manyara lake, Ngorongoro crater and Tarangeti river. My driver was Jojo and we had a great time, his English is excelent. I recommend him with out hesitations.

They made me feel wanted by their kindness

We went on a weeklong safari with Shidolya. Our guide made us see lots of animals thanks to his contacts with the other guides via radio. We did an early game drive which allowed us to see lions when they are most active.However as soon as we arrived at Serengeti Park the car battery failed and therefore we did not stop the car during the game drives because it could not restart. Shidolya did nothing to correct the situation. So all of our photos were taken with vibrations and we could not appreciate the calm of Serengeti and Ngorongoro parks or the noise of the animals.Its a shame that they didnt fix the battery right away. We didnt even get an apology from Shidolya during the safari.Otherwise the accommodation was correct and the meals also even if repetitive sometimes.
