Tomodachi tours and safaris is one of the good company with experts on tour arrangement but also with good service. they made my holiday to be enjoyable.

Tomodachi offers a high standard service in the safaris. The accommodation in Arusha and Lake Manyara has even swing pool and the Tented camp in Serengeti it has staff that make you feel like home. You can be more or less lucky with your safari, but the driver helps us to spot many animals and also being so flexible with us, suggesting where to go or stay longer in one place. Food everywhere it was so nice but the only thing they have to improve is the lunch box. This is not a problem of this agency, many tourists had this complaint with their own companies.... there is this low standard quality lunch box service in general. Beside the is a lot of waste of papers, plastics... they really have to improve this. But with Tomodachi you will get an amazing breakfast so you are not gonna be so hungry for lunch. Totally recommended!

Everything was perfect with Joseph and his team. We went to Mukimi and we had the chance to see a lion & a mother lion with her two adorables babies. We also saw many elephants families, girafes, hippo, zebras ... We also loved the Udzungwa waterfall. Magic!Joseph really loves his job and made all the efforts to make sure we see the most. He will welcome you with a big smile and be aware of all your needs. We were two girls by ourselves and we felt safe all the time !As a traveller, I highly recommend him.

Bad! Poor execution and under-delivery of what has been agreed and paid for are my two biggest pain-points with Tomodachi. Even if the company had provided as advertised, I would still not recommend it due to poor overall service (last-minute arrangement and changes), lack of tour briefing (we have to ask whats going on all the time) and the tour guides are not helpful. We visited our family with a 3 day safari in Selous.We drove by car about 250 km from Dar es Salam to Selous.The ride was interesting and safe. For that, I thank our driver Thomas.Thomas was also our guide to safari.

Very disorganized with a lot of hidden fees.Alot of vacation was missed waiting on permits and money to be sent to drivers and guides. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to pay more for a distinguished travel agency. We regret it.Customer service was exhausting and rude.

It was amazing we had so much fun

We organized a safari to the Selous National Park with the Tomadachi Tour & Safaris. Joseph, the manager, was immediately very kind and satisfied us on every aspect. We did a first day of Safari Boat, sighting crocodiles, monkeys and hippos. Early the next morning we took part in the walking tour, a jungle walk led by the bushman. And then we left for the Game Drive! We cant wait to return to explore the northern parks together with Tomodachi!

A friend and I were out with Thomas from tomodachi in 2018. It was great. He was incredibly nice and explained and showed us everything. We had great days in Mukumi National Park and we would be really well looked after.The people are very open and look forward to visitors.Important: Dont worry about their direct questions. Before we left, we were asked by email whether we were only two girls and would be traveling all alone. That gave us a queasy feeling, so we tried to clarify the situation with the help of a local from the hostel. It was just a question of the participants with no ulterior motives. People are just very direct and so show interest.It was really perfect and you cant beat the price.Even when our credit card was blocked, Thomas just came back the next day and drove us to the bank again.

We went on safari totally relying on Tomodachi and the result was excellent. Organized in detail by dear Joseph, a highly satisfactory quality-price ratio. Luigi, our guide, was fantastic in all respects, speaks excellent Italian, knows very well the parks of the north and makes patience his strong dish. A boy of 10 and praise! Our driver, Thomas, did not let us escape any animal, driving impeccably despite the rough roads ... The accommodation was all excellent and, despite an overbooking problem, the management of Tomodachi was able to remedy also offering extra programs.Reliable agency.
