The reason for this rating is the gym. No space at the gym, not tidy and no functionging tread mill. Why would the hotel reception tell about the gym if the gym is what it is - basically not a gym? I did my workout inside the room then, and noticed some dried rice on the floor. So the vacuum cleaning had not been done properly.

It has hospitable and smiling staff. They are friendly. Easily help non stability speakers.

Amazing place, while at peak of the Hotel tower, you can have a nice view of Arusha city at its length

It was pretty cold and we were looking for a place to warm up. We were served with a cup of cappuccino, it was great experience. The waitress was friendly. It is located at a very safe central business area.

Loved to watch the fireworks the hotel hosted at the new years eve. They do it every year. The view was spectacular.

The second time I reached spent here in four years and the standards were even bwtyee than previous.Great showers nice seating area and wonderful loby.

Waited 45 minutes for my meal. Had to ask for internet credentials 3 times. My stake was also well done instead of medium. The internet in the restaurant is horrible

I love the restaurant on the 2nd floor, great staff! Its well located, just a block from the clocktower, and the views from the top floor are terrific! Happy hours are friday and saturday, 6 - 8:30pm, local beers for 2500.

The hotel is nice, very good location near clock Tower and the pastry was alright but drinking milkshake straight from the glass because the hotel did not have drinking straws was a stange experience 😐

I was here only for a few hours because of flight delays but very helpful staff and excellent service. The breakfast spread is quite good and the rooms are nice and clean!
