Nice hotel and best customer services

Wonderful service, good food, clean room, hot water. No frills but nice clea hotel

It is clean and reasonably priced but services need to improve. I had 2 incidences whereby waitresses forgot what I had ordered which led to unnecessary delays and inconveniences.

Great service with spacious rooms.

The hotel was so conducive with a nice of good services ,but that problem is on breakfast ,once you wake late letsay at 0945 up to 1000 you miss the breakfast so l fail to understand why such happen, while each customer has got its own share ,.

Not bad dont expect good room service, food and beverage selection is very limited.customer service is next to nothing you may have experienced be optimistic

A quiet place, ams clean

Budget hotel located near town. They have clean rooms that have nice decor. Ask for the top floor rooms as they are quieter. Breakfast is very basic but fresh.

I spent a week in this hotel. Well located to walk to the center. The acceptable cleaning. Sometimes I had to ask for towels or soap. The overall good experience until the last day when they disappeared from my suitcase a lot of dollars in the morning before leaving for the airport. Im sure when it happened and the cameras showed two staff members coming and going several times in the room without having done any cleaning, but the hotel did not accept their responsibility. Although the police arrived everything was useless, time went by and I had to go to the airport without solving anything. Therefore I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL, IT IS NOT SECURE.

This hotel is situated in the heart of arusha in levolosi. It is in a quite and cool environment. The staff are frendly and the hotel has wnough parking space if u are travelling. This place has wifi service with very clean rooms and a heavy breakfast included in your hotel rate. It is a good place to stay whislt in arusha

Africana grand hotel is the worst in Arusha, very poor Service from the front office lady all the way to the chef

The Africana Grand residence is a great place to be in holidays. Hospitality from the staff was great, Room service is appreciated. Hotel cleanlness was at best. I argue ithers to try the services at Africana Grand residence.
