We paid extra for taking our Car to Serengeti.Lost Lots of money and time due to several breakdowns and had to take a flight back instead of driving. If renting, Do not expect finishing your Trip as planned.

We had some transports and four days individual safari tour visiting Tarangire NP, Ngorongoro Crater and Lake Manyara NP booked at Seasons. We had been a bit nervous in advance as we could not find much about them in the Internet in advance. We were picked up at the airport by a friendly driver and taken to the office which was quite low impressive. Later we had four really great days on safari with a large and good safaricar. But the really best was our driver and guide Nelson. He pick us up every day more than in time, even when we ask to start very early. He was always like a friend and showed us so many nice places and even the rarest animals. He explained a lot and made our trip through the parks a great experience. I think he knows everybody and everything in this area😊. For us it was the best guide we could have. The total trip was much more personal than other bigger organizations. We loved it and could really recommend.🤗

Disgusting experience renting a car with a driver in this company- 150 dollars a calendar day - we took the car at 13:00, returned at 11:00, we were forced to pay for the first full day and for the second- Constant manipulations with gasoline - we got an empty tank, filled it, it turned out that from Arusha to Karachu (200 km ??) the car spent 40 liters of gasoline. On the way back, these 40 liters miraculously turned into 10 — no one, of course, the cost of gasoline — arrived empty and left with full - $ 60 plus to a very considerable cost - never returned to us- The constant lies of the driver - we won’t go there, there are no roads, and as soon as we saw another car, Oh, there is. As a result, despite all my requests for the day 24 hours in the Serengeti, we have never been in the northern part, we rode constantly on a completely empty central(- go north- there is nobody there, you will not see anyone there)And already at the exit I suddenly saw an inscription in small letters on the gate “from July to October the Central Serengeti is empty”I asked - didn’t you know with your experience in advance that there were no animalsAnd got a wonderful answer- I knew, but I do not drive such poor clients as you, only those who book at least two nights inside the lodge in SerengetiSummary:$ 1700 for 3 days (18/10-21-21) (600 car, 120 !!!! gasoline, 580 Serengeti cost for two people plus a car, 280 camp inside the park, 120 camp for two nights, the first last to Karachu)With stupid throwing on an empty shroud, completely spoiled mood and inept timeThere is only one answer to the desire to chat with the boss- he has nothing to talk about with youDo not come close to this wonderful company if you do not want to spoil your mood for crazy moneyThe deceitful and thieving driver’s name is Alan, who drives a car.
