The staff is really nice but the facility cant handle the guest population. The power goes out constantly, the hot water is inconsistent... Its cute, the breakfast is good but I probably wouldnt stay here again.

Good hotel. Room was clean. We arrived late. So the restaurant was closed. So we had to go out to eat. The hotel manager paid for the dinner the next day. The breakfast here was also good. We had a good stay. The hot plate - Indian restaurant is very close by to this place. 😊 another reason to stay here.

Excellent service for the BB service I had during my short stay. Mary At the front and the Breakfast chef Getrude the the Restaurant Manager personally ensured all requests were attended to promptly. JK

The staff is very friendly and the grounds are well manicured. Swimming pool and very beautiful rooms. Beds have a flowers on them when you check in. Lovely place to have a night or two .

Decent rooms and service; location is excellent for exploring Arusha. The beds were comfortable but the shower in our room didnt drain properly so one has to shower quick. If you want an ideal, central location without many hotel amenities this is your place!

A city hotel in Arusha about 2 km from the clock tower. Comfortable, clean rooms with a balcony; breakfast included. Wi fi available. They have a restaurant on the 1st floor with a limited menu but food is reasonably priced and of decent quality. Friendly and helpful staff. Overall a good, value for money option in Arusha. My 1st choice whenever I travel to Arusha on work.

Bad breakfast and restaurant had few options and same vegetables on all dishes. Rooms were clean.Owner, Mr Abdallah, is not trustworthy.Stay somewhere else when in Arusha.

At heart of town n cozy in budget. If you are checking in after 9.30pm make sure to have ur dinner outside only. Our if have kids then must keep their milk and snacks for emergency.

Very decent and honest people. I mistakenly left quite a hefty amount of cash in their hotel room. The lady who washed the room saw the cash, handed it over to the manager and the manager called me and refunded the cash.

Ownership of their customers, you may stay 6 months away without visiting Mc-Ellys but the moment you arrive almost all staff you meet they address you by your name. To me it is something great.

For the price.. Its good. But its in a noisy area. And the floors and walls are not very noise resistant so you can hear everything your neighbour above you is doing!Breakfast is okay for the type of hotel it is and much better than some of the more expensive hotels in the area.

Its an excellent place, reliable for its location, cleanliness, friendly staff and its buffet breakfast. Its a very good value for the price.

Nice place in the middle of town

Not an awful place to stay while in Aursha but was loud and not much in the way of hot water for a shower. It was however a place to lay down after a VERY long flight from the US. After around 11-12 pm it got quiet enough to sleep easily but awoke early to all the city life below. Of course, like every place else, dont expect any AC but didnt need it.

Good hotel in town but some rooms have no a.c which they should work on. Breakfast time should end at 11am instead of 10am as guests are on holiday and wake up late mostly.
