Horrible experience dealing with these guys, very unprofessional and rude. We paid money to get a private boat for a group of 7, the boat showed up the next day with 11 other people on the boat. They were not able to provide another option for us, refused to give us a refund. The owner who was extremely rude showed up, we explained the situation and he walked off halfway through the conversation claiming that he is not a thief and will refund us through bank transfer as we were leaving zanzibar that same day. We left all our details but since then they have stop replying, blocked me on whatsapp and we did not receive our refund. Highly unrecommended.

Don’t make any deals with this company. They ripped me and my friends off. After paying the full amount for a private boat two days in advance and agreeing on all details, they didn’t follow through with the agreed upon details. And that’s not it, they also promised to pay us back the money after being very rude to us and as expected from these unprofessionals, they didn’t pay us back the money and blocked my friend from what’s app.

The staff was really friendly and efficient. We were a group of 7 going out on the Dhow, from Gold Zanzibar on the 17th of December 2018. My only problem would be the lack of shade. We burned to a crisp. But I guess, that is our fault. The reef that we got to snorkel at was dead coral. There were fish, but the abundance of life was gone. All in all, the staff were very professional and very friendly, I can not find fault in them at all. The food for lunch was also very good.

He didn’t come today already we wait more then 1 hour. He call the reception maybe 40 min after we waited in front of the hotel. We wait from 8:20-9:45 nobody comes he try to lie and say that somebody come at 9. But nobody come and the hotel workers and the reception was waiting with us. Bad experience not professional never again !
