We booked a one day safari. Within 24 hours before departure the company was not able to deliver the journey. The guy on our resort assured us that we would get a full refund. However, subsequently the head office decided not to. We had to pay the full fletch price in accordance with their cancellation policy.Very unreliable company. This totally spoilt our holiday
