We had great customer service and a good taxi ride. We had had lunch at Emerson Spice and were escorted, at no charge (since we didnt have any cash but kwacha) to the shore for our boat transfer to another island. Upon our return we requested a taxi to the airport. It came on time, we were introduced to the driver, the car was clean, the ride was good, and he helped us make our way to the front of the check-in line - all at a super reasonable rate. Whenever we come back we will definitely work with these guys to arrange travel on the island and look into his tour offerings.

We met Mr. Fantastic by chance and I am so happy about it, he literally saved us! We had problems organizing the covid-19 test and since we needed it fast, otherwise our flight would be lost, he helped us with organizing everything! He also offered us transport with very good prices on the island. Not only the service was very good, it was very nice to talk with him, he has a lot of knowledge and knows a lot about Zanzibar.
