Amazing experience!! Best spot in Zanzibar to learn to kitesurf, beautiful uncrowded lagoon. The team is very friendly, professional and passionate about what they do. I was a complete beginner and they really focused on my progress and made me love the sport as much as they do! Equipment is in excellent conditions and my instructor was great! I highly recommend this kitesurfing school!Thank you :)

Totally negative experience. Mediocre teaching and they charged for lessons that we never have. Their attitude is, if you are not happy is must be your own fault, they do no want to listen to any problems. AVOID!!!

Very disappointed by Kiteboarding Zanzibar - poor communication overall and tried to charge 3.5 hours for what was essentially a 30-min setup.Overall:- poor communication on the location (behind an unassuming blue gate + 15min walk on the beach), which led us to arrive late- only two of us (out of three) handled the kite for ~10min- we were then left stranded in the water while our instructors was supposedly going to change kites. We had no kite and received no communication. We ended up walking back on shore from the sandbank only then to learn that the wind was insufficient for this morning- the shop still tried to charge us 3.5 hours (!!) of lessons for a set up, « theory » (while all of us had already had kite lessons before) and 10min of kite handling- very poor customer management post-incident

It takes about 45 minutes to drive from this location to the actual place where the kitesurfing takes place: Pwani Beach. The instructor knew what he was doing and the equipment was good. I had some difficulty understanding my instructor some of the time, but we made some good progress in the two hours we had.

Scammers in power. In the rest of the island they charge 30 euros for half a day and 60 for the entire day. They force you to rent with class to be able to rent.
