I spent a month in Zanzibar and the diving was definitely the best thing I did. I went from starting my open water PADI (at Paje Buccaneers) to completing the advanced course in Jambiani and loved every minute.Both the dive shops offer everything you need: theyre well organised and completely trustworthy. I always knew that there was someone experienced and alert watching my back while I learned. Theyre also very knowledgeable about the local reefs, and are really good at spotting hidden gems you could normally miss. I saw lion fish, lobsters, a few different rays and almost the entire cast of Finding Nemo!!Best of all though, they all really cared about what they did. They wanted us to enjoy ourselves, and they wanted the coral to be around for future generations to enjoy as well.Massive thanks to Nadine, Beka, for my open water, and to Willie and Lucie at Jambiani for an unforgettable night dive, for teaching me to float like pro, and for taking me to SEE SHARKS!!! A bunch of reef sharks and one big oceanic beast. Absolutely unforgettable bucket list moment.The whole thing was amazing and was definitely an experience Ill never forget. Highly recommended...

Got the privilege of seeing dolphins on my very first dive!!!!!Lucie and Willie were amazing, very informative and we felt so safe under their care.We had 30+M visibility and the reef and its marine life was just stunning.They have very well maintained equipment and great banter too- highly recommended⭐️

I have been diving in Zanzibar many times in the last 6 years. Lucie and Willie are hands down the best instructors I have met and Jambiani is my favourite place to dive.Highly recommend both of them for PADI courses, recreational dives and post dive beers!!

I did my PADI open water here and it was incredible.I could not have asked for a better way to start my diving journey. Willie and Lucie are damn good instructors and I had so much fun learning and exploring with them. I cannot recommend it enough.

Great instructors at Buccaneers Diving in Jambiani. Lucie and Willie took me on 2 dives and were excellent all morning. They were both very knowledgeable and gave clear instructions. They also make great ginger tea!

Did my 6th and 7th dives ever with Willy & Lucy from the Jambiani base. They did a great job pointing out animals and made me feel safe for an all-around enjoyable experience. The reef was beautiful & healthy at our dive sites. Highly recommend!
