Very nice place. Descent, affordable and near the port for ferry route and stone town activities.

Stayed here for a night its comfortable - not that fancy.. a pretty basic hotel but its conveniently very close to the port if you need to take a ferry out the next morning. The staff at breakfast were very friendly and accommodating. They also managed to get us a baby cot despite not having a prior booking so that was a big plus point for us.

Enjoyed my stay the best part is that its located in Stonetown very near to the Ferry and its affordable !

Positive: The staff were very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Our room was clean. Air con worked well, fridge in room. Good location not far from the main attractions, also managed to do laundry at the property for a reasonable price, nice breakfast too, hot shower.. Negative: We had no WiFi in our room, a bit noisy at night from the disco next door.

For me it is really lovely place. Our room is very clean (every day room service) and beautiful. At first we wanted to stay 2 nights but we took 6 nights included wonderful breakfast. The localisation is great.

We booked a seaview room but when we arrived and paid for the accommodation the reception lady said that the room is already busy. They offered a bigger room though. There wasnt hot water available even though they have a heater. The room was dirty, in the bathroom we found remainings of someones hair and so on. They offered no shampoo, no shower gel, only a soap. Instead of the sea view you will see just unattractive rooftops of the nearby buildings. The so-called restaurant is just an open area with tables dirty as the rest of the hotel and they surve no food, breakfast only. The surrounding is a bit tough (port area and container terminal but close to the center (10 minutes walk, Stone Town is a small city). I would rate this accommodation fairly at 20 USD max but not 50 USD that we had to pay. The stuff is helpful but when we talk about dirty room and no hot water for 50 USD it matters not unfortunately. Extremely disappointed.

Nice hotel, they make you feel welcomed from the minute you arrive. The hotel is clean, the personnel is helpful and friendly and the owner does his best to make you feel comfortable. Very good value for money. Strongly recommended!

This hotel got a good reputation. Maybe not in the best area of town but to us it was ideal. 15 minutes from the airport. 5 star treatment & beyond that even. Amazing breakfast buffet which introduced me to new food & mango-ginger smoothie. The hosts are super nice. When we returned from our trip to a different village & hotel, they allowed us to shower & rest, & helped us a lot regarding transportation & the city whereabouts. Im really so thankful & I will always recommend this hotel.

Positive: The location was really good, but they have to work on the cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms.. Negative: the towels had a disgusting smell and there was blood on the bed sheets...

Positive: Rooms were large and the bed was comfortable.. Negative: Locks on doors could be better..

Breakfast here is okay. You can see the sea and islands from the second floor which is great.But price is higher than lodges of nortern beach.

It is in the center of Zanzibar, but in an unseen place with a large concentration of fishermen.

Positif: L’hôtel est très bien situé, à 10 mn de forodhani gardens. Le personnel est adorable, . La chambre pour 4 personnes était très spacieuse, les lits confortables., de l’eau chaude à bon débit pour la douche ! Le petit déjeuner reste un peu cher pour ce que nous avions !. Négatif: Les petits déjeuners seraient à améliorer. Le prix est un peu cher personnellement pour ce que l’on vous propose ,: chiapatis, pains de mie , salade de fruits,boissons chaudes.

Positif: L’hôtel est très bien situé, à 10 mn à pied de Forodhani gardens . Chambre propre, lits confortables, eau chaude à bon débit , personnel très sympa. Négatif: Le petit déjeuner pourrait être à améliorer par rapport à son prix.

Positiva: Un hotel sin grandes lujos, pero con muy buena relación calidad-precio. La habitación es amplia y cómoda. Tiene frigorífico, aire acondicionado, un baño muy amplio, buena señal wifi y un cama cómoda. El desayuno, correcto. Es posible aparcar el coche dentro del hotel y se puede ir andando a la zona del puerto y del casco histórico sin ningún problema.. Negativa: Teniendo en cuenta el precio de la habitación, no se puede poner ninguna pega.

Positive: Io ed il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato a stone town per tre giorni. Siamo subito stati accolti con estrema gentilezza e professionalità. Le camere sono super pulite ed ogni giorno vengono risistemate. Siamo molto contenti.. Negazione: L’unica nota meno positiva è la posizione in quanto l’ hotel è un po’ spostato rispetto al centro ma comunque è fattibile se si è in compagnia..

Положительный: Номер хороший, чисто. Останавливались на 1 ночь перед вылетом обратно домой. Нам отель понравился, т.к. когда прилетели на остров жили 3 дня в центре Стоун Тауна, обошли достопримечательности, магазины, набережную. Перед вылетом нам не важно было расположение. Хотя + отеля в том, что он расположен рядом в местным рынком и морским портом (удобно для тех, кто планирует утром на паром до материка). Негативный: Отель расположен рядом с портом. Вид на контейнеры. До набережной идти 10 мин. Выезжали из отеля в 6:00 утра, ланч бокс не предоставили, хотя с вечера мы просили об этом (допускаю, что поздно попросили). В аэропорту особо ничего не купишь на раннем вылете, нас выручила приорити карта, позавтракали в лаунже аэропорта..

Positif: Lemplacement est top : proche du ferry et du centre ville ; Chambre assez spacieuse, frigo et climatisation ; Petit déjeuner très correct ; Wifi qui fonctionne bien.. Négatif: Moustiquaire trouée ; Robinet deau froide bloqué dans la douche ; Personnel pas très souriant mais serviable..

Positiva: La limpieza de la habitación y el desayuno. Negativa: La conexión Internet muy lenta . Pedí por teléfono el servicio de recogida al aeropuerto y no fue a recibirnos . Tampoco se disculparon por ello. Llegamos de noche y el hotel no tenia nada para beber o cenar. En los alrededores tampoco había donde comprar comida.

Positive: Pulita e colazione a buffet. Wi-Fi h24, acqua calda e climatizzatore. Negazione: Prezzo troppo alto per non essere in centro. Non panoramico e di notte passeggiare per la zona portuale tra i container non è il massimo..

Мы оставили вещи, чтобы не брать лишнее на сафари. Негативный: Номер не свежий, но все работало. В Африке особое понятие о чистоте, поэтому стекла не очень чистые, можно увидеть паутину и т.д. но после длительного перелета вполне приемлимо за небольшие деньги.

Positif: La gentillesse du personnel du petit dej Petit déjeuner correct Chambre propre Possibilité d’organiser des excursions à bons prix. Négatif: Le personnel a l’accueil a essayé à plusieurs reprises de nous arnaquer en ne rendant pas la monnaie malgré plusieurs relances Le wifi est catastrophique.

Positiv: Die Freundlichkeit des Personals war gut. Negativ: Auf der anderen Strassenseite ( unbefestigt / entweder matschig oder staubig ) vom Hotel befindet sich ein grosser Abstellplatz für See- container (20/40 ft), der Tag und Nacht mit schweren Transportmaschinen (Diesel) in Betrieb ist. Mein Zimmer 106 befand sich unterhalb der Küche, in der um 05:50 AM der Betrieb los- ging. Soviel zur Nachtruhe. Gebucht hatte ich ein Deluxe Doppel- Zimmer, davon war nichts zu sehen. Die Ausstattung war mehr als ge- wöhnlich, das Moskitonetz löchrig und der Safe nicht benutzbar. Seit fast 25 Jahren bin ich in Ostafrika unterwegs, aber so ein Unterschied zwischen Beschreibung und Realität ist mir noch nicht untergekommen! Das Niveau entsprach einem 20 - 30 Dollar-Angebot, bezahlt habe ich 54 Dollar die Nacht. P.S. das Frühstück war auch very poor .

Pozytywna: Znakomite położenie - 10-15 minut piechotą do większości atrakcji Stone Town. Pokój niewielki, wyposażony skromnie, ale to przecież nie jest najważniejsze. Pościel czysta, ręcznik szarawy. Śniadanie wystarczające. Obsługa życzliwa i pomocna.. Negatywna: Nic nie zaskoczyło mnie negatywnie. Standard hotelu odpowiada cenie..

Pozytywna: Śniadanie bardzo dobre, niedaleko przystanek daladala, ścisłe centrum kilka minut spacerkiem. Negatywna: Bardzo bardzo słabe wifi, raz w ciągu 3 dni udało się połączyć. Hałasy w nocy i nad ranem z pobliskiego portu.

Clean and decent hotel. Characteristic Arabic furniture, it is located not far from the historic center of Zanzibar.It features a decent wi-fi connection.The roof terrace with sea view is beautiful and well ventilated, where a hearty and good breakfast is served in the morning.

Hotel just outside Zanzibar, a short walk from the Port and the Market entrance. Small but cozy rooms. Breakfast is served on the terrace where you can see the sunrise. Staff very welcoming and willing to solve any problem with the motto hakuna matata typical of the Spice Island. Activities can also be organized. Excellent value for money. The only drawback is the roosters of the house next door that sing at the first light.

Positiva: Nos dejaron guardadas las maletas todo el día después de hacer el check out. Negativa: Que por retrasos de vuelos llegamos muy tarde a las 04:00 y al día siguiente tuvimos que hacer el check in a las 10:30 maximo. No hubo mucha flexibilidad en ese sentido.
