A really nice bank you can depend, relying and trust

They hired a very rude woman on the gate she needs to learn how to talk to people. We went today around 4:02 p:m and the bank was already closed 2 minutes ago, we asked the lady as we are coming from far can she let us in, it was impossible for her. I do understand she wouldnt help us and it is acceptable as we were late, what wasnt acceptable is he tongue. Zanzibar people need to change. Her mouth was really something else that to begging her in a polite way.
